A similar topic to this was brought up in one of my entry level feminism classes. Mainly, it was in regard to White men who tend to only date Asian woman. It was the class concensus that those men were fetishists who specifically objectified and sexualized exclusively Asian women. One of the reasons the prof gave was that Western patriarchy tends to see the East as sexually subordinate/submissive to the West.

Some Asian women gave their own experiences. In finding out that their Ex-White BF mainly only dated Asian women, some commented that they felt it was "creepy" or she felt like she was objectified.

So: do you think white guys who mainly date Asian women are creepy/weird/fetishists?

What if they personally just found Asian women to be more attractive? Would you still call that a fetish?
