That said, people take advantage where they can and attractive people with confidence get away with a lot more than everyone else. I remember popular guys in high school getting nerdy girls to do their homework for them. One that I'm thinking of in particular wasn't that attractive at all; he had a big forehead and looked neanderthalic. But I guess he had status so all he had to do was flirt with these girls and they'd be swooning over the opportunity to help him out.

You'd also be surprised at what people are willing to do when you ask. I am a fairly attractive woman and I despise asking people for favors. On the other hand, my boyfriend is shameless about it. And he's hot, so maybe that can explain why girls are willing to help him out, but not so much other guys. It amazes me sometimes the shit that people will give him or do for him just because he thinks he can ask.

I doubt he'd have a line of women offering to clean his car, though, if he asked on Tinder. And that doesn't really prove or disprove anything because I've never said men and women are the same in this regard. To me, this is not what equal means. Equal, to me, means that everybody deserves the same respect and that no gender is better or worse/dumber or smarter than the other.

I see no problem. She was entirely up front with what she wanted, no duplicity and guys responded. I'm sure a guy could do the same if he wanted. No idea how it would go, though. Doubt snow shoveling would. Be the best test.

Edit: It also amuses me how many assumptions are placed on he guys and their motivations. First guy sounded more like the helpful type. The second, perhaps not as much, but let's not pretend that we know anything about these dudes.

I don't even blame the 2 guys, if that's what they wanted, that's what they wanted. If they shoveled the car in hope of something more, it's their fault and their fault only, and it's also deceiving since they promised something with no expectations, and yet they had expectations.

On the other hand, TRP guys who successfully employ TRP strategies and tactics to successfully get what they want from consensual women are not to be blamed either.

So, men are generally more desperate for sex than woman are and thus more willing to go out of their way for the possibility of it? As a gay guy, this does not surprise me. If you're young and attractive enough, post a topless pic of yourself to a gay dating site that specializes in older guys and you'll get guys who are willing to be manipulated in just the same way.

It's not that men are more helpful or nice, they're just more motivated by the possibly of getting the ride, no matter how remote. I know plenty of people who would help someone out in that situation if they posted something similar on facebook regardless of gender, just out of decency. You're just unlikely to get that from a dating site because women aren't similarly motivated by the merest sliver of hope for sex.

Also, this girl is clearly attractive, and more than a 5. This just cements my idea that part of the reason some straight men assume that women only sleep with men more attractive than them is because they don't have an accurate perception of the scale of female attractiveness.

This woman is using her sexuality to manipulate men and receive favors. That's wrong. But also could you imagine being a woman where your sexuality defines your value and is one of, if not your biggest interpersonal bargaining tools? A feminist would say this kind of dynamic doesn't prove misandry, it's exactly the kind of thing feminists fight against. I dunno about you, but I'd much rather people gauge my value on whether they want to help me based on my mind and personality, not on my ability to have sex with them. Some women use their sexuality to manipulate people and receive favors, but that doesn't disprove patriarchy, it proves it.
