I actually find fellow female ENTJs and the differences between male ENTJs fascinating.

I've only met one female ENTJ, and she's a cool chick. Great leader.

I can be extremely compartmentalized. If I'm in one 'mode' - goddamnit, I'm IN IT. If I'm in getting-shit-done mode, shit. gets. done. But if I'm with my bf I am usually in super-girly, coy, submissive pleaser mode.

My productivity depends on my interest level. I am very good at shit I care about. Not so good at other shit, though I've learned to work around this over the years.

Male ENTJs, unsurprisingly, often seem to lack that super-soft side. I've also heard it said that we have a narrow and rarely-seen sentimental streak and that's 100% true for me. Do you feel like you have this feelsy side?

I don't get misty eyed like ever, especially since starting TRT. I pretty much lack any kind of feelings, with random exceptions, like videos of Soldiers coming home to the kids and when that dude hit the game winning home run in moneyball.

Do you work in a leadership type position? Do you enjoy being in charge?

I work for myself so I suppose that a kind of leadership position (in that there's no one above me bossing me around). As for being in charge, this is something I always feel the need to explain. If something is getting done, efficiently and well, I don't care who is in charge, but if something isn't getting done, or is getting done badly...then I'm going to get impatient and try to take over. Being in charge isn't an ego-thing for me, it's a let-get-this-done-the-quickest-and-best-way-possible thing. I'm comfortable being in charge, though. As a little kid I was always the boss of my little neighbourhood gang, boys and girls included.

As for being in charge, this is something I always feel the need to explain.

This is very common for women. Its counterproductive and self sabotaging tho. Most people assume that the person who tells them what to do is in charge. If you own that shit, people go with it and assume you know your shit.

And I am also the total cliche of wanting to be taken charge of in the bedroom. :/

I'm the opposite, I never knew I like being dominant in the bedroom until things were cut off with my ex wife. Now I love spanking, handcuffs, biting (not hard) and just about every other dominant behavior out there.

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator:

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment is a psychometric questionnaire designed to measure psychological preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions. These preferences were extrapolated by Katharine Cook Briggs and Isabel Briggs Myers from the typological theories proposed by Carl Gustav Jung, and first published in his 1921 book Psychological Types (English edition, 1923 ). Jung theorized that there are four principal psychological functions by which we experience the world: sensation, intuition, feeling, and thinking. One of these four functions is dominant most of the time.

INTP (introversion, intuition, thinking, perceiving) is an abbreviation used in the publications of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) to refer to one of the MBTI's 16 personality types. The MBTI assessment was developed from the work of prominent psychiatrist Carl G. Jung in his book Psychological Types. Jung proposed a psychological typology based on the theories of cognitive functions that he developed through his clinical observations. From Jung's work, others developed psychological typologies. Jungian personality assessments include the MBTI assessment, developed by Isabel Briggs Myers and Katharine Cook Briggs, and the Keirsey Temperament Sorter (KTS), developed by David Keirsey.

INTPs are marked by a quiet, stoic, unassertive, and aloof exterior that masks strong creativity and enthusiasm for novel possibilities. Their weaknesses include poor organization, insensitivity to social niceties, and a tendency to get lost in abstractions. Keirsey referred to INTPs as Architects, one of the four types belonging to the temperament he called the Rationals. INTPs are one of the rarest personality types, accounting for 1–5% of the U.S. population.
