The idea of slut shamming is ridiculous. You can't stop people from having an opinion, no matter how hard you try to fight it. If someone thinks you're a slut, yelling at them doesn't suddenly change their outlook.

It’s obviously not completely over if the very first thing you post if a recent example of it. It’s just these days going to be publically called out if there are very public examples like the one in question.

In any event this is why you should keep your social media private. The reverse of this is that if it was a man in a bathing suit I doubt they would have an issue with it. Maybe it has to do with her bikini showing her boobs that way who knows, but I mean essentially all bikinis are gonna be pretty revealing and moreso than a man’s bathing suit unless he wears one of those tiny European ones I guess.

Part of the reason the company experienced such backlash is exactly because they went about it in such a ham-fisted way. Reposting an applicant's pictures and shaming them over anything would not go down well. You can't separate the slut shaming from the fact they were shaming in general. It's unprofessional and yeah of course polite society is going to jump on it.

I do believe that the slut part of it added another level to the outrage, but let's not pretend that if they'd publically shamed her over her sexuality or her looks or her political views the response would be much different.

That is also why women are still so militant about the subject. They know they are still being perceived as whores, even when society has been forcibly silenced by gynocentric media.

Well your example is the proof that slut shaming isn't over, it's just a proof that slut shaming gets punished when it makes noises. Just like being a slut is shamed when it's not discrete. And the more you see pop artists singing slut songs, the more there will be people to want to counter it. Both polarities will exist in society and will reinforce each other.

Just because the Jewish controlled media is trying to push casual sex and female sexual empowerment, it doesn't mean that society will adopt it. Divorce is at an all time high, std rates are increasing, female depression is going up, etc. Women are easy to manipulate because women are lower IQ collective herding animals that are emotional.

Another example by the Jewish controlled media is interracial marriage and dating black and white. They target white women because women are easy to manipulate and shame into submission. In reality, whites are not marrying blacks.

It’s not over in that there are still people in older generations and tradcons doing it. However, the greatest perpetrators of slut shaming are women slut shaming other women who they don’t like, with the women doing the shaming often being the type of people who engage in casual sex themselves.

Yeah, totally. Slut shaming is over, racism is over, homophobia is over, bigotry in general doesn’t exist because loud people on the internet say so.

Except that all of these things not only still exist, but effect people on a daily basis. Just because there is a backlash when someone is publicly slut-shamed doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. You can’t go to an anonymous forum about sex positivity without finding a good portion of the comments shaming women for their sexual deviancy. And this doesn’t include the majority of people that don’t spend their time expressing their hatred of sexual women on social media. That doesn’t mean it’s not happening in real life.

Most people have their standards on what they personally feel is an acceptable amount of sexuality for a woman to have. Even openly sex positive people that would say this scenario of the woman’s bikini picture was unjustly shamed have a line they’ve drawn after which they would join in on the shaming.

There will always be shaming as long as people think others should abide by their own personal opinions. The general public has mostly become more liberal regarding acceptable female clothing standards and sexual activity but they still have their standards of acceptable sexual behavior and if a woman exceeds this, they will be shamed. We’re generally allowed to wear and post bikini pictures now with little shaming. Casual sex and enjoying sexual pleasure is usually ok to a degree. But keep the nips covered and don’t have “too much” sex or you’re still a dirty slut that will be shamed.

Slut shaming is alive and well. Public opinion has just shifted what they consider a slut so they don’t crucify women based on the same criteria as they did in the past. You’re still expected to keep your sexual activities and presentation within the box of acceptability or face shaming.
