It didn't work.

I read rp

It explained the behavior of every woman in my life perfectly.

I tried it.

It worked amazingly.

I also saw studies supporting what it says (unfortunately not entirely proving it ,hence this subs continued existence)

Proved for me.

Theories can not be proven, only supported by evidence or demonstrated to be false.

There is a treasure trove of evidence to support TRP, derived from Evo Psych studies and anecdotal investigation. My experience has falsified the BP narrative. Therefore, TRP is a well-supported theory, superior to BP, but still in need of refinement (more elucidation of NAWALT... The shades of grey fellas).

My own personal experiences - RP gets some things right, BP gets some things right

Ultimately, if I’m being honest, I’ve never had a problem getting attractive men who have plenty of options to want to settle down with me. The type of men who need RP are having experiences that are foreign to me and to the men I have spent my life being romantically involved with, so I’m not in the population who would find its advice enlightening

There are literally many studies that support my theory that men actually get more from women than women get from men. Many men literally have nothing to offer except for money.

So in a way TRP is right that women have high standards. But they're not seeing the whole picture. Women have high standards because most men are completely and utterly useless to women.

Back in the day, women were intentionally excluded from highly paid jobs and this forced women to rely on men. Now, this doesn't work so much anymore and men are feeling how useless they are to women. This is the real reason why "hypergamy" exists. Want me to prove my point?

Read these articles, which also include various studies to back them up. Men of all ages simply like women's company more than women like men's company. Blame toxic masculinity or biology or whatever else you wish, but it's true.

What do men have to offer in 2019? Sexual pleasure? Forget it. Studies prove that straight men are the most likely to get an orgasm, even more likely than gays, while straight women are the least likely to get an orgasm. Emotional support? Haha, forget it. "Protection"? Might have been useful once upon a time, but it's simply not needed anymore. Security systems>men.

when I was 24 years old (I'm now 36). I went from like 200lbs of lots of fat. Down to 150-160lbs.

When I was 200lbs I was frequently going out and clubbing and all that. I essentially had 0 attention from women. ZERO!

When I lost the 50 pounds the treatment I received from women was just night and day. I was still quite poor. I still had terrible higiene. To this day I'm not a very confident person. Didn't matter all that much. I literally had women driving me to my apartment. Which was litered with dog shit from my chihuahua. Going "wow thats pretty disgusting. Why don't you have any furniture? Anyway where's the bed?".

I do feel like lookism can be quite overstated on this sub. But To say that looks don't matter to women or that they are not particularly driven by how attractive a man is. Is patently false. At least in my experience.

And I was never a Chad or anything. Far from it. Maybe above average. I did have a serious babyface going on

Quite honestly, I have not seen a lot of hypergamous / mate-switching behavior from my female friends, but I have seen some.

I knew girls in my 20s that did want to find Mr. Right and settle down to get married, even if that dude didn't have a lot of income and resources.

Do I have a dating and mating strategy? Maybe.

I do have my own worldviews, opinions, observations on the matter of dating and mating; and I know what works for me.

Are those "correct"? Dunno. To me the term "correct" denotes an objective measure, and ... dating and mating strategies cannot be one-size-fits-all.

This is what is see wrong:

believing that things are black-and-white / one-size-fits-all
when things don't work our way believing that it's someone else's fault: got rejected? s/he is a [insert insult here]. Find me someone who was rejected and feels that way, and I will find you 100 people who this person will reject on 0.01 seconds
people no longer have the skill to figure out what works for them

What is the smoking gun in your mind that proves your view on modern day relationships and dating is right

The status quo is the status quo, we can't change it. So... it's "fair" the way it is, with all of its unfairness too

You assume that there will be "relationships". Relationships will continue to work the way relationships have been working for this present decade. The issue is the quantity: the number of relationships (and marriages) are declining, alternative "exchanges" - for lack of a better word - are increasing:

FB
FWB
sugar-based exchanges
prostitution (legal or otherwise)
toy-based sex
robot/dolls-based sex (with or without AI)
sex tourism (legal or otherwise)

There might be more that I am missing, and there will be more that will be created.

The future is not what it used to be.

When I started dating and had no understanding of it, I tried to be nice. Didn't work even once.

Then I tried going to the gym, became fit, and it got me some dates. Still, didn't manage to make out with a girl / have sex / start a relationship.

Then I went back to being fat and gave up.

I stopped caring about what women think of me. I was prepared to stay single from birth, to 25 (at least), until girls "matured enough" to stop going clubbing, dressing like sluts, dating anyone casually without real reasoning, etc.

But, just as I gave up, I became more open. Funnier then I was before, way more confident and valued myself more.

My current gf liked those traits. I was nice and funny towards everyone, but would give her some attention here and there. She liked that a lot.

I was also respectful, genuinely nice and showed interest in her.

As soon as I did soz boom, gf.
