This is exactly why I have no interest in dating. Imagine dating a man who seems great and then come to find out he literally can’t fucking go 10 minutes without jerking it to porn, even during working hours. UGH. Then imagine this same man is so desperate to watch porn during work that he actually goes to reddit to determine if it’s something he can do without getting caught. God damn.

I work in customer service, and every time a guy is extremely rude and entitled when speaking to me, I always feel so embarrassed and wonder if they have wives or girlfriends. I would be mortified to find out I was with a guy who treats customer service workers, women especially, like shit. It’s posts like these that remind me there are so many things women don’t know about their partners, and we can never be entirely sure what men do behind closed doors or when no one else is around, or how they threat other people (BECAUSE HELLO-WOMEN IN PORN ARE PEOPLE). I work in IT, and well, yes sir, we can see you're watching porn. If his company is sophisticated enough for him to be working at home on a laptop with VPN access, there's probably some sort of MDM management software installed.

Also, if he's so so desperate for his porn, he's completely missing the fact he can just say, turn off his work computer and use his personal laptop. I'm super confused as to why he's determined to keep his professional life a part of the equation.

Ofc workplaces monitor that stuff because it is a major way to get viruses and attacks on the work network. He deserves to get fired. For real. I've been in management for 20 years dealing with these people & their shit. I can tell you this with certainty: If this guy is worried about (3) his work being able to see what is on a personal computer on the same network (that could be anyone's) when his work laptop is also on the network, basic technical plausibility aside, he is 100% looking at something that he either knows or suspects to be illegal.

I hope people tell him to proudly upload that stuff to his work computer. He would be doing his employer and everyone else a favor.
