The blue-print

Let me tell you about myself. I used to be a beta guy. Sure, I had girlfriends, I went to parties, I had friends, so in the overall image it might look like I wasn't a kissless virgin tier guy, but there was one aspect where I was probably doing the worst: expressing myself.

I developed such a bad way of body language that I was almost designed to be the textbook description of a beta. I slouched, horribly. I didnt take space, so badly that when in 8th grade someone was sitting next to me I used the space of 2 books, and my chair was a bit outside the desk. I had terrible feminine gesticulation, I was always undecisive and I perfectly communicated that. As the master of the submissive boy, I cared about every little detail of my body not to offend anyone else. Oh and the voice. I always speaked with a very high pitched voice, every sentence I spoke was made in a rising tone, and I said sorry as much as someone smokes with a pack a day habit, and when I wasnt speaking I was the ideal betaboy listener to the nonsense problems of girls and everyone who needed a listener to talk hours about himself. (Listening to women is the perfect relationship advice! - you will get flooded with even more details of her life, for example her past boyfriends, while they will care even less about you as a person.)

And smiling. I had a unique habit of always smiling. I would love to tell you that I just did it because "there is nothing wrong happening, why shouldn't I be happy with this beautiful day?", and it was the reason half the time, but most of the times I did it as a defensive mechanism and to seem nice I guess. When someone was telling me whatever popped into his mind - not considering whether I find it interesting or funny - I just kept smiling at him, because it felt like if I did not and showed a tired face I would seem rude.

Society

TRP showed me a handful of advice to improve my body language, and I did practice, to such a measure that at certain times I knew that I showed true manly confidence. (By the way, fuck all the people who say being a teen is a time where you care about everyones opinion and you are destined to be an insecure boy).

I know anecdotal evidence is not to be relied upon, but I think I can safely say that I experienced both sides of the coins very well, and I can say:

If you behave like a weak man, society will crush you. Salesmen, criminals, women will smell your insecurity in a heartbeat, and they wont be afraid to do anything to take advantage of you.

Manipulative sociopaths, people dwelling in misery, shady people will disguise themselves as your friends and will attack you at your most sensitive spots.

Like a curse, everywhere you go people will see that you're weak. People will bump into you at the street, take your place in lines, cashiers will not feel guilty after being a complete asshole, treating you without any respect. Bullies will spot you, you will be made fun of, people will take out their anger on you and then dont even think about apologizing, because you're not a human after all.

If you behave with confidence, people will take you seriously as the man you are. People won't walk over you. You wont be made fun of. They will listen carefully in silence as you open your mouth. Guards and cashiers will be quick to spot you and say hi. Your good qualities will be admired. You will attract people, but the best, you will actually be somebody.

The recipe for manliness

I know that many times, things dont work out the way we want it. You started a business, put hard work into it, but its not going well. You might have done your best to date some girl, she said no.

But this part of self improvement is almost like pressing a button on a computer. You press the Beta button, you will get get nothing. You press the Confidence button, and they are going to respect you.
