No oneitis bullshit here, we are talking about advanced red pillers who want into a LTR, looked through the prospects and realized that girl was the one to keep.

Here comes a little secret that I, despite reading many, many of the things here, had to realize by myself:

Okay I know how controvertial that must sound to red pillers, but I suppose if you could reason your way out of the blue pill status quo than you can do the same for this.

Do you know why there are alphas and betas? Because they both provide something for the female, something they need. A world full of alphas or full of betas would be both bad because it would be harder to reproduce as a species. Women need the sex drive alphas provides and the nurturing/caring/attention betas provide so they can do what they are meant to do, which is reproduction, right?

So, again, do you want her to be your girl?

Do you want to fulfill all the things she need from you as a man, because you want to keep her, so she doesn't go out of the relationship looking for either dick or a beta to care for her (also known as "he treats me bad")?

Then...

You have to provide the sex drive, show how you are the best option she has by being the best man you can, let her know you could drop her any moment and get other pussy but instead decided to keep her, show you are not taking disrespect such as cheating or "girls night out in the club", having a very solid frame and all the other alpha shit we all read about all the time here...

But also fulfilling the other side...

Where she being the woman providing the sex and reproductive capabilities, you being the an able to provide caring, nurturing, keep her mental stability, making her feel safe and secure, providing when needed and well, generally, just doing beta things.

Think about it, if you really wanted to be full alpha you would just fuck one girl every day. Wanting an LTR is not that, wanting to successfully keep a relationship going because you like the girl and/or want to have kids of your own is not all out alpha right? If you might want that instead of just relentless fucking with people who don't even care for you and doesn't know how to pleasure you to the fullest extent that this is valuable info for you.

I think we are all (me very much included) too cynical. Spinning plates being cynical works just fine, can tell you by experience, but if you want in LTR, being all alpha is just not gonna cut it. Something in my mind tells me, after a lot of red pill, that caring, nurturing and paying attention is "wrong" because it is beta attitude and I am supposed to be all alpha. Guess fucking what, there is a reason why it is on so many men's DNA.

Want her to keep? Then give her all she need to be kept.

Find a balance between alpha and beta, mostly to the alpha side, that is able to kill her need for outside dick and also provide the mental care her lacking beta is supposed to provide.

Now pay attention, I said the word deliberately. Before that happens, you have to know to your bones that you can be an alpha and fuck who you want to fuck, that you can, if you want, be the alpha so many work to be. Only after knowing what being alpha is truely like that you can DELIBERATELY be a little beta to keep a relationship going.
