Rape charge dropped against USC student after video surfaces. Thank technology for making data abundant.

Thank the stars for the age of technology and data, otherwise there'd be no way he would have managed to get out of this one. In fact, if it weren't for data, none of us would have woken up in the first place. Information and the internet has given us far more knowledge of men, women and intersexual dynamics than at any other point in human history.

The bigger question is -- are those 2 girls going to be charged and punished? In fact, their faces are not being shown, while he has to defend himself on live TV. He seems to hold his frame very well given what's happened to him. Hopefully the university won't expel him (most academia just wants to keep their hands clean at any cost).

And as you can see in the comments, not a single woman's come out to condemn the whole incident. It's all from men.

In particular, you watch any kind of videos about women, the comments section shows you one thing -- people are in fact quite well aware of the hard truths of life, TRP and relationships more than we expect, but it's only Youtube's anonymity that allows them to say it publicly. And nearly all the women in the comments stop with claiming "Not all women are like that".

And another lesson, even more than the woman you have your eyes on (or vice versa), it's the women next to her whom you should be scared of. If you have any inkling that her friends don't like you, or secretly want to be in her place, you've gotta be careful -- in this case it was her friend who reported the guy. Women do a lot of passive aggressive competition, sabotaging and Machevilian games with each other even in very close relationships (as a guy with a large extended family, consisting of 75% women, I can vouch for the fact that relationships between women are outwardly more intense, but also quite fickle, jealous and tempestuous). It's yet another reason why women give each other bad relationship advice in general.

When a question is pointedly asked by women as to what men to stop themselves from getting assaulted, while women have to do so much (in the usual dismissive tone reserved for men's concerns), the answer is -- a lot in fact. And especially with the culture of accusations that can't be proven or disproven and the potential of accusation rape (oh yeah, that IS rape because of what it can do), men are being very cautious indeed. When my neighbour insists that his wife or daughter accompany him to drop off her friend or her daughter's friends at their places, I know what's on his mind. When my dad tells me never to get within 4 feet of any woman at work, I get it. Hell, I myself remember the time when I had a secret recorder running 24x7 inside my PC buried underneath at least 30 other open apps to keep myself safe from my (now divorced) ex, and backed up the recording every night on google drive and cleaned out my hard drive to avoid discovery, cause once in a fit of rage, she threatened me that she'll lie to our families, and there'd be no way to prove my story.

All in all, the ability to read non-verbal communication and figure out what the person in front of you might really be feeling about you is an extremely valuable skill set. When a woman's emotions turn against you, there's literally nothing she won't do to win. An ability to sense her emotional state (or even the ones of the women next to her) and read a potential threat can get you out of a lot of trouble before it happens. Sometimes, when facing an enemy, whether on the battlefield or the college library, you have only seconds to act.

"... The woman's roommate said she often used alcohol and marijuana and described her behavior to Gamino as "out of control"..."

EDIT : Someone informed down that the university kicked him out and he had to put up a $100,000 bail to get out.

Moral : As a man, you alone are responsible for your safety. Be careful and keep crazies far away. Ignorance is no longer an excuse. Just like high level sports, you can't get away claiming that you didn't know what was in your food. You know you value yourself when you go from chasing women to filtering them.

And EDIT 2 Moral #2 : Women weaponize sex all the time.

Because protection is nothing to do with victim and perpetrator and everything to do with special treatment for women.

[–]SKRedPill[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children) | Copy

It's just like in performance sports, you really can't claim you were ignorant of what went in to your mouth. This is not fair in the least, but it's a precaution that we need to be aware and careful.

[–]5Imperator_Red1 point2 points  (1 child) | Copy

Why would they kick him out? Are they still claiming he did it?

[–]Fromfame0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

They didn't want to be tied with the story anymore and for it to end in way which seems neutrally good.

Can't imagine this happening to women.

[–]universalabundance1135 points136 points  (41 children) | Copy

And if he wasn't able to find that video? Would he have been fucked?

Guilty until proven innocent?

And what about the girl who accused him? What happened to her?

[–]obi2kanobi130 points131 points  (26 children) | Copy

Same like that 9 year old kid recently with his mother at a NYC bodega. His school backpack brushed some womans ass. She pitched a fit, screams sexual assault, calls the cops. If it wasn't for the "clear as day" video of that moment, that poor kid would have been totally screwed.

And nothing came of it. The woman ultimately had to apologize (prob due to all bad press), the kid and his mom accepted it (prob to minimize the trauma and just get on with their lives). This one didn't get nearly the press coverage it deserved.

[–]TheRealShafron36 points37 points  (2 children) | Copy

The kid actually did not accept her apology.

[–]SKRedPill[S] 23 points24 points  (0 children) | Copy

Good for him. He's already learning to not accept BS.

[–]5Imperator_Red2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy

Good. Time to start calling these fucking women out. Sanity will never return to the west until women are on their knees in a submissive state.

[–]Bruchibre31 points32 points  (21 children) | Copy

Wow do you have a link to that story? A 9yo kid?

[–][deleted] 24 points25 points  (20 children) | Copy

Just search on the web "9 year old kid sexual assault", there are a lot of posts.

[–]SKRedPill[S] 54 points55 points  (17 children) | Copy

Dang, I just saw it now. Total BS. First of all, it's a 9 year old kid. Second, the boy has to move out of the way because two ladies are walking down the aisle. He has no option as he's out of space. His backpack touches her as he goes on. She then looks up and shit happens...

And third, he's black. Looking at the way things unfolded, in this case there's racism in there for sure.

The worst (and funniest) part is that after claiming a child assaulted her, she even claimed she was a police officer, which she was not (impersonating a police officer is a crime btw). She didn't really make that 911 phone call either, it was all for attention. You know what, that is some serious brain damage. Ok, I agree not everyone's this retarded, but today's society has given power to anyone to accuse, regardless of how dumb they are.

Meanwhile there's a funny video of a 1 year old infant on a stroller accidentally patting a woman's butt next to him. I hope that 30 years later, that's not metoo...

[–]obi2kanobi22 points23 points  (0 children) | Copy

Wow, I wasn't aware she faked the 911 call. Pure evil....

"Not only that, but a brilliant local journalist Zainab Iqbal, found out that she never even called 911. She just did all of this to harass and humiliate this young Black family. This can’t be allowed. We have to bring an end to this behavior. She scarred this family, causing the two little kids to think they were about to be arrested for nothing whatsoever."

[–]StuLax181 point2 points  (2 children) | Copy

I've had someone tell me she was a police officer as well (after telling me she was a lawyer, which was true). She showed up at night about some BS. Got her license plate when she wouldn't tell me who she was and called the neighborhood patrol officer so he could look her up. I told him about her saying she was a cop, but he said it would take more than that. I think she would have to commit a crime. So maybe saying I'm a cop I need to come inside your house and then stealing something would work.

[–]maxrp0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy

where is the line drawn on the cop thing, like if they showed a fake badge or uniform?

[–]StuLax180 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

I think it had to be in commission of a crime. So for example people dressing up as cops for Halloween is fine. But if they tried to arrest people or something that would be different.

[–]TheStoicCrane1 point2 points  (1 child) | Copy

Probably a mentally ill nutcase.

[–]EdAnt0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

I don't think there's any probability here. It's an absolute certainty.

[–]5Imperator_Red1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

Why aren't these fucking women ever held accountable for anything? I'm pretty sure if I pretended to be a cop, they would take it pretty seriously. The bottom line is that men are evolved to care for and feel bad for women. That's why in an advanced society bigger than your basic hunter-gatherer family unit, every woman must be under the control/protection of some responsible male.

[–]maxrp0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

the battle descends into deeper ridiculous accusations of pedophilia and claiming to be a cop. anything is justified to win the power and escalate the situation in to a scuffle.

that is how they get their way. chaos, unreasonableness.

[–]Bruchibre8 points9 points  (1 child) | Copy

OK found it thanks. "Cornerstone Caroline" is such a crazy feminist paranoid bitch!

There are a lot of people on social media whom I'm absolutely sure are not older than 13, regardless of their actual age. You will always find them in the reactive category, waiting to get inflamed and offended.

[–]Andgelyo3 points4 points  (0 children) | Copy

A fucking 9 year old? Jesus fucking Christ. I would understand like a 14 or 15 year old, but a 9 year old? Really? I hope she walks her head in shame for a very long time, realizing that she accused a child who doesn’t even know what sex is, for assaulting her.

[–]Senior EndorsedMattyAnon38 points39 points  (4 children) | Copy

And if he wasn't able to find that video? Would he have been fucked?

Socially fucked for certain, often imprisoned.

I'm asking OP if he knew what happened to the girl in this story.

[–]2Overkillengine6 points7 points  (1 child) | Copy

Most likely this: Nothing nearly as severe as what would have happened to that young male had there not been in existence an overwhelming preponderance of evidence otherwise.

[–]SKRedPill[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy

AFAIK Nothing. She's said to be crazy on drugs according to the link.

You can be sure they didn’t refund any of his tuition and the cost of attendance at USC is $70,000+ per year. So he’s got an expulsion for sexual misconduct in his record and his name in the press. This will hurt him big time but the girl will suffer zero consequences.

[–]giantsrocker14 points15 points  (2 children) | Copy

Honestly surprised how the fuck there is no law against false accusations

[–]5Imperator_Red9 points10 points  (1 child) | Copy

Of course there is a law against false accusations. Most places have some sort of law for making a false statement to the police (or FBI). Then there is also perjury, which is lying under oath and a very serious crime. We simply don't enforce it when women do it.

[–]2awalt_cupcake4 points5 points  (0 children) | Copy

women are above the law

I don't like this reality.

He had to pay a $100,000 bail. Don't know if his parents sold the house to get him out of prison. Just imagine if he didn't have the money.

[–]∞ Mod | RP Vanguardbsutansalt1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

IIRC you only bond 10% of whatever it actually is. IF you skip bail then the remainder becomes due and whoever bailed you out is the one on the hook. Still, that's a $10K up front cost. Not a lot of people have that kind of change laying around. On the other hand I suspect his family is loaded.

[–]∞ Mod | RP Vanguardbsutansalt6 points7 points  (0 children) | Copy

In March, USC’s Office of Equity and Diversity found Premjee responsible for policy violations after conducting its own investigation into the sexual assault charges. Premjee was later expelled from USC, according to Sarmiento and the brief.

USC was not mentioned as a defendant in this suit.

If this had happened to me the first thing I'd be doing is suing USC for the entirely of their $5B endowment as damages.

I was falsely accused of raping a girl when I was his age. The shit they wrote about me in the local paper made me look really bad. In the court of public opinion I was already guilty.

Then, thank God for my expensive lawyer, during my trial he caught her in a big lie about who was on top. If it wasn't for the thousands I spent on a good lawyer and PI, I would be a sex offender right now probably just fresh out of prison.

Did the papers write anything about being wrong about me? Nope, just a 1 liner saying I was found innocent and the jury deliberated for less than 30 minutes.

[–] points points | Copy

[permanently deleted]

[–]H0tTamal350 points51 points  (22 children) | Copy

The only way for a rape accuser to suffer consequences for a false allegation is if they openly admit that they made it up.

I was also a broke 20 year old who was now in $6k+ debt because of all the costs for my lawyer/PI. Spending more money on a lawyer for vindication just wasn't an option. The accuser is the daughter of one of the local police sergeants who has been on the force in my small town for 25+ years. The local cops were not fair in their investigation, to say the least.

[–]shaggyctes8815 points16 points  (0 children) | Copy

Jesus Christ man! That's infuriating!

[–]Toussant3 points4 points  (20 children) | Copy

Glad you were found innocent. Why'd she make the accusation?

[–]H0tTamal313 points14 points  (19 children) | Copy

Because I humiliated her in front of a group of her/my friends.

I was at a party. Got a BJ from a mutual friend of the accuser. After the BJ I passed out in the guest bed where it took place. I woke up to a 250 lb walrus on top of me fucking me. I stormed out the bedroom to where people were and began very loudly saying things like "what the fuck guys why did you all let that nasty pig go in there with me?" And "I just got fucked by a hippo" etc.

She heard it all as well as all of my buddies laughing and joking. A couple weeks later the cops show up at my work to talk to me. I gladly went in to the police station to tall to them. I wanted to do anything I could to help solve this rape that I read about in the news paper. Little did I know I was the suspect.

Jesus that was the worst year of my life.

[–]eyewant2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy

Heav'n has no Rage, like Love to Hatred turn'd, Nor Hell a Fury, like a Woman scorn'd.

It's ironic that she the rapist never got in any trouble.

[–]askmrcia15 points16 points  (0 children) | Copy

Similar thing happened to my cousin. They found out she was lying about the entire incident.

I asked my cousin if he and his mother would sue the girl for lying.

They both said that after all the shit they went through that he just wanted to be done with it.

He spent some time in jail and had a few court appearances. Not to mention the money they spent throughout the process.

So maybe the guy you was asking this question too felt the same.

PS: He got kicked out of school for it, lost his football scholarship and on his record it still shows that he was arrested at one point. So he still has a very hard time finding a job.

[–]SKRedPill[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children) | Copy

Sorry about that buddy. The media never gives any space to apologizing for false propaganda.

[–]geo_gan1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

This is what’s wrong with society. Some rich media mogul making money selling slanderous stories is more important than whether you did it or not. You were hung out to try for somebody else’s profit.

This is why I stay my ass inside the house

Lessons learned:

Casual sex with a strange girl is a risky behavior.

Casual sex with a drunk girl is very risky behavior.

Casual sex with a drunk girl who attends a university which brainwashes girls with hate for men, redefines consent, and has an entire bureaucracy that will support her and persecute you is bat shit crazy off the wall risky behavior!

[–]omega_dawg9338 points39 points  (1 child) | Copy

in similar cases like this, where the guy was found innocent, 3 things almost always happen:

  • women are silent. they don't say anything. nothing. crickets.
  • some women, even AFTER THE GUY IS FOUND INNOCENT, still claim that 'something happened to her' and refuse to accept that the woman lied.
  • women never apologize or have any feelings about the guy at all.

[–]7thAnvil0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

This is a very incisive observation.

[–]newbie3hunna36 points37 points  (13 children) | Copy

Remember every time you fuck a drunk girl this could be you.

[–]omega_dawg9342 points43 points  (11 children) | Copy

this is why i do NOT have sex with any woman that's drunk or high.

while dating, i let all of them know: if you do NOT want sex, have a few drinks. i'll make sure i do NOT touch you and that you get home safely. i do this until some level of trust is established or some type of relationship (where her friends & mine recognize us as a couple) is established.

if she doesn't drink, well... that signals that she's considering it.

i have several friends who heard, "well, i was kinda drunk last night... did anything happen... because if something did, i don't know if i was ready for all of that."

if the wrong person hears that statement, or if her friends vilify you and convince her to hurt you, you are fucked.

[–]DigitalDragonSlayer10 points11 points  (0 children) | Copy

This is the gem of the thread.

[–]TheScarletScholar3 points4 points  (8 children) | Copy

Ehhh idk man. So you never pick up chicks from bars? While I agree it is good and necessary to take precautions to protect yourself such as a sort of recording device (at least audio) in your room that should pretty much have you covered. Cases like this are extremely rare and hopefully you should be able to identify and avoid most crazy girls anyway.

To each his own though.

[–]omega_dawg937 points8 points  (7 children) | Copy

no. i don't drink and i have really bad asthma... so no clubs or bars for me.

i don't, never have, and never will go club-hopping to pick up broads. it's just not my style. i prefer sex with someone that's sober and in their right mind.

things are just different now. there's a new form of 'rape' that is invented every day and putting yourself into a potentially bad situation with a woman (who is drunk) is simply asking for a case, imo.

sober sex or no sex. i've got options and don't need alcohol to help my chances.

[–]TheScarletScholar2 points3 points  (6 children) | Copy

Ahh I see. Yeah I feel ya man. And I don't deny that it can certainly be putting yourself at risk. My group of friends often goes out and gets smashed on weekends. Drunk sex can be pretty fun tbh, I should probably try for more sober hook ups though.

[–]omega_dawg935 points6 points  (5 children) | Copy

it's all fun until one girl claims something happened against her (drunken) will.

never forget: alcohol = the liquid ingredient in the plausible deniability recipe.

[–]TheScarletScholar0 points1 point  (4 children) | Copy

True, but the odds are about as similar as avoiding an amusement park for fear of dying on a rollercoaster.

[–]omega_dawg931 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

today, i don't like the odds at all. women are on the #metoo mission... going back 30+ yrs to bring down guys.

no thanks.

now if those guys are accused, they need their day in court but let's be honest, once the accusations come out, those guys are done... court won't matter much until the civil case.

[–]Nicolas06311 point2 points  (2 children) | Copy

If you check the claim (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rape_in_the_United_States) around 15-20% think they have been raped at least once their life. Meaning likely that they would consider 15-20% of the males to be actual rapist.

In theory they don't want to port the case and fortunately when the story is too weak it is not retained. But imagine that... You have around 1 chance out of 5 to be considered as a rapist by one girl at least during your life and likely several percent change that she will sue you.

Of course that not right, if you take care the rate likely shrink and if you have risky behavior they can skyrocket...

[–]TheScarletScholar0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy

I don't really agree with your interpretation of the statistics. I haven't done extensive research but I presume that there are certain age groups, races, geographical areas that have higher rates of incidence. This in combination with certain behaviors and social awareness.

For example let's say that 1 in every 100 people in new York city is mugged annually. Your logic assumes you have a 1% chance of being mugged then. It's not quite as simple as that most of the time. If ALL the muggings happened in the ghetto and you were a wealthy citizen living in upper class areas who never visited the ghetto your chances are much lower than people who live in the ghetto.

I do agree that I engage in behavior increasing my risk.

[–]Nicolas06310 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

We totally agree that different areas and behavior as well as many other factors are changing the statistics. That's the point. And once it happened to you, you are fucked up. The point is to know it and do things knowningly !

[–]BewareTheOldMan1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

This is excellent advice.

Any woman in a mind-altered state due to drugs, alcohol, or any other substance is strictly off limits for sex.

The flip side of this is that false rape accusations hurt actual victims, but I guess to women like the two in the article every other women just doesn't matter.

On another note - one of Judge Kavanugh's accusers admitted to lying just to keep him off the Supreme Court.

Women are losing credibility by the second...

[–]omega_dawg9328 points29 points  (0 children) | Copy

this is why i tell 'nice' guys to stop it. just STOP IT.

they're dealing with women who will do ANYTHING to get what they want, and these dumb fucks are worried about keeping their word, honor, valor, trust, honesty, etc.

women are ruthless, and you need to treat them EXACTLY how they treat you. i'm not saying be evil on-purpose. i'm saying, GET YOURS... just like they do WITHOUT worrying about being honest, etc. they don't care about all that shit... just getting what they want when they want it. they are NATURAL MACHIAVELLIANS.

they get flaky... you get flaky too.

they have girl's night out... you go on boy's night out.

they have a "he's just a friend... nothing to worry about," you SPIN PLATES LIKE A MAD MAN.

i love women more than anyone, but to deal with them, you HAVE TO UNDERSTAND that they are full of shit, lies, deception, and manipulation tactics. there's nothing to be mad about... it's just how they are, and you need to know how they operate, or you will be left hurt, broke, and 'broken.'

This is why it is urgent to get evidence when you see or sense red flags. The girl’s immature behavior with her stupid little gestures should of been enough to that this bitch was something else. If she is immature, chances are her friends aren’t to different. Get evidence through text or what ever before sex if you see yourself in a vulnerable position. In this case, going home intoxicated with a girl(possibly a freshman).

[–]SKRedPill[S] 1 point2 points  (2 children) | Copy

[–]giantsrocker0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy

If I found out any girl I knew had drugs, smoking and alcohol abuse issues - I'd reject them. They're almost always crazier than you can imagine. At best they're useful for one night stands -- but as this guy found out, don't ever stick your dick in crazy, or allow a crazy to come close to you.

For women, any suffering they can inflict on a man, the man deserves for reason of being weak. Combine that with the lightswitch effect and you have someone who believes their own lies and has no remorse for the victim. I'm sure if he would have gone to prison she would have cried and talked about how she was the victim of sexual assault all her life. That would secure a better position in the victim hierarchy. and BOOM. Hi hypergamy, nice to see you again!

I don't think I can ever fall in love with a woman, Love is a myth like unicorn , our hormones tricks into attraction which is infact just a drive to make babies.

[–]JohnIan1010 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

Or at least here, never date a college girl.

[–]cafeitalia4 points5 points  (1 child) | Copy

It is good that he was cleared. Meanwhile rule of thumb don't have sex with wasted drunk girls. It is not fun at all nor an enjoyment.

[–]omega_dawg937 points8 points  (0 children) | Copy

not having sex with drunk and/or high females should be rule #1 on every redpill board.

The culture of false accusations and no trust is going to send the pendulum back to the conservative side down the road. That or it's civilization's terminal decline.

Perhaps this is really why society and religion had all these rules restricting our animal side from getting too loose. I am now absolutely certain they learnt their lessons the hard way.

[–]1scissor_me_timbers000 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

Lol it’s terminal decline brah. There’s no pendulum swing back to sanity to save us.

[–]n8dawwg5 points6 points  (2 children) | Copy

My son is almost 13. It pains me the lessons i will have to teach him on order to protect himself from girls that are capable of this bullshit.

[–]UnluckyPenguin2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy

I've got younger ones. I feel like even after they turn 18, the lessons they need to learn will melt their brain.

[–]SKRedPill[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

Yes. He needs to learn it. Ignorance won't be an excuse - it never was. He needs to learn to filter for crazies - any girl with addiction issues and bad habits. He needs to learn to be careful at the workplace and never shit where he eats. He needs to learn to keep the smartphone recorder on the whole time, learn to spot CCTVs. He needs to learn the reality of marriage (the future tense of which is divorce).

He also needs to have good situational awareness to realize what's going to happen in the next 5-10 seconds and spot issues before they happen.

Hard, but in a way it's good for our growth.

Think of this in terms of frame control:

He's being meek and thankful in the video when he should be livid and on the offensive DEMANDING justice by way of the girl being expelled by the college, arrested by the police for the false accusation, and the entire state's academic apparatus institute mandatory training at schools that teach young women that regret isn't rape and how their lies destroy lives.

Go big and then watch them fumble around on the defensive. At a minimum it'd ensure the kangaroo court going after him backs down. But what do I know, I'm just some dude on the internet. By all means, go easy on them. It's not like they'll expel you to make an example, oh, wait, that's exactly what happened.

[–]LaserEyes20292 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy

At this point, men should start suing false accusers and the institutions that are on the side of 'listen and believe'

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points  (1 child) | Copy

And he still has to have an ethics review at USC so he may still get kicked out of college.

[–]i_like_herr2 points3 points  (1 child) | Copy

I don't get it, if the girl didn't pursue the case then who did? How did the police come to know about it?

[–]antariusz7 points8 points  (0 children) | Copy

Probably told her boyfriend she was raped when she didn’t text him later that night.

They didn’t even fuck, first the frat kicked them out because the girl was drunk. Then he fingered her at her dorm, and her roommate reported it to the police and the police got involved when she went to the hospital for alcohol intoxication. We are truly living in puritanical Times again. The sexual revolution is officially dead. He has to wear a scarlet A for being a heterosexual male in California.

[–]redvelvet_oreo2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy

There really needs to be a consequence for making false claims that can be life altering.

[–]5Imperator_Red2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy

It's so pathetic that we allow ourselves to be ruled by women. Never in human history has anything like this ever happened before. Sometimes I wonder what our ancestors would think about us, and I realize that they would be ashamed.

Also, why don't individual patriots just start releasing these women's information when this shit happens. It goes against everything that we are supposed to believe in that she can remain anonymous and the accused cannot.

[–]wadokai1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

How can you proactively protect yourself from these things?

Like let's say you met someone and you're trying to create sexual tension, and escalate.. But these things can be used against you if she is in a bad mood.

What can be really done to protect yourself?

[–]tempolaca1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

I'm going through a lawsuit for harassment. The girl made out everything, it's so ridiculous, she say I talked to her ear, that I harassed her in conferences (that I assisted with my girlfriend, no less).

She is losing, but I also lost my job and my LTR left me because all of the trouble. My LTR is with another guy now.

No lawsuit can pay what I lost because of this lying bitch.

[–]banniemd2b1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

wasn he expelled anyway? and the female got away scot free?

i think USC needs to pay him 50m for such a poor decision.

also, why was he guilty until proven innocent?

not only should the female be named and shamed like he was and jailed for false accusations, she also raped him because he was just as intoxicated as him and if anything was clearly the initiator instead of him

if you swapped the genders it would be an easy case of rape, so why not in this instance?

*i have never posted in a quarantined sub, can someone explain whats wrong with you all?

We’ve also learned that quarantining a community may have a positive effect on the behavior of its subscribers by publicly signaling that there is a problem.

*nevermind, now i know why you are quarantined. my post was immediately removed by a mod when i asked why and linked my understanding of what quarantine means. so sketchy. i also googled and saw most quarantined subs eventually are deleted. good riddance, one of the things i dislike most is abusive mods deleting completely harmless and reasonable posts lmao. good luck with escaping the ban hammer!

[–]RedPill20180 points1 point  (2 children) | Copy

Shit like this makes me want to not even mess with these women.

I understand that with a high SMV, this is less likely to happen, but other than that, what’re some good tips to avoid such accusations? Other than recording the conversation (I live in a one party consent state), improving your SMV, and screening the girl, what’s you guy’s advice on avoiding such cases?

Get Allan Pease's and Joe Navarro's book on Body language. Cultivate situational awareness (borrowing that term from the military). Learn to read a situation and spot potential BS before it happens. It usually hits you when you're least expecting it. Learn to read crazy and don't approach crazy or stick your dick in crazy.

Take adequate care at the workplace. I remember reading a guy who interviewed a woman who, after the interview, meets him alone and was willing to do anything (by which I mean sexual favors) to get the job. He refused, and immediately wrote about the incident to HR (he got it on paper) and met his HR guys in person to tell them exactly what happened. As it turns out, the woman later approached HR to accuse the guy of harassment. But she couldn't fool anyone by that point.

The guy ended his post wondering what would have happened if he had not informed HR right away.

And your phone and CCTV is your best bet.

The comments in this video about the incident are interesting : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BzQtAI_8_OY

Here's one : " My buddy is a PHD student at Purdue. His professor fired some girl who worked under him for incompetency. She accused him of sexual harassment after getting fired. A few of his students who are working under him stood up for him knowing there girl was lying. Still, He got suspended and his tenure was taken away. The court case is still going on and there is obviously a separate case going on with the school too. On top of that, the university is not giving a degree to the students who stood up for the professor. Absolutely ridiculous. A woman can’t do her job right so she decides to screw over the life of honest men."

Women weaponize sex all the time. That's the most important takeaway. If only we could weaponize commitment like that -- but for that it requires something called self control.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
