A good answer is always "OK". Because it means jack shit, is non-nonsensical, takes you 0 time and effort to write and she doesn't really get any reaction or "closure" from you. Meaning she is now confused and will put in some work.The ball is in her court. If you ghost immediately you won't get laid 100%. If you reply "ok" which takes you like 5 sec of your time, maybe you will get layed. Sometimes I ask that too when a guy asks me to go somewhere with him.

It's not because I'm trying to be rude or think I'm somehow superior, I just want to know his intentions. I'm having the same issue with this guy who kept asking me to hang out. I didn't know if he was doing it because he liked me or because he thought I was just a good friend. I asked him various times if our hang outs were something more, but he was clear to state that it was just a friend thing. I refrained from developing any feelings since he was clear on us just being friends.

It's not because she's being a bitch. She just wants to be clear where both of your relationship stands. It's good to have clear communication so no one falls under the friend zone or no-zone. It could also be possible that she doesn't feel comfortable with your relationship being more than friends. You need to respect that.
