Lift, pay attention to your grooming, get a few new stylish pieces of clothing, nice shoes and a nice watch if you aren't already doing these things. Read books. I have a stack of books I have read and refer to often. Get over the fear of rejection. A great book is "the little red book of selling" by Jeffrey Gitomer. I read it years ago and it was a kick in the ass. Get used to talking to people, not just women. Read "the rational male" by Rollo Tomassi and then read it again. Hang out with other guys who are good with girls and successful in life, even if they aren't red pill aware but exude the qualities you want to have. Once you start having success it will snowball, sometimes quickly. Be prepared.

Analyze the choices most women make. When they’re alone, do they read? Do they exercise not JUST to post it on social media? Do they only do what society expects of them? Are they “basic”? Do they build anything? Are they passionate about anything?

When I start to ask myself these questions of girls specifically attractive ones the answer to each of those questions is almost always a definitive no. That said I don’t believe anyone is better than them if they answer the questions the same way. I can go on a laundry list of things that I do that growing up I thought we’re just kind of geeky hobbies but now as an adult I can say have contributed to me being a well rounded and knowledgeable person that is very entertained by myself, loves to explore and learn. If girls look like they are just being pretty waiting to be hit on and still pass judgment, they can get right the fuck out of my life and often my mentality is what makes them want to stay in my life.

I’ve had a girl that thought she was hot shit walk into my apartment and ridicule my guitars on the wall, my framed art and a satanic bible next to the Wall Street journal on my coffee table. She couldn’t fathom what I was or why I displayed any of these. It’s not a display, it’s where I live; I read ANYTHING and love and make art as well as am a musician. Just her tone and judge mental look didn’t convince me I could own her, it made me not want to deal with her entirely.

THAT is the mentality I believe the TRP encourages. Not pretending but really valuing yourself above the approval of boring, vapid “basic bitches.”

I lifted weights and lost weight, which made me traditionally attractive. Having a better body, I bought new clothes that fit my muscles well.

Being traditionally attractive alone did not give me that mentality, but girls reinforced it by showing me more attention. As you go about your day, when girls start referring to you as 'the hot guy' or start approaching you, the mentality sort of manifests.

Don't be lazy get your mind out and get a job. Make money. Learn to make money, learn to balance a budget instead of leaning on financial aids student loans mommy and daddy. It is finite.

You will die and with it your experiences and perspective will be gone forever.

Friends, family, loves and experiences will come and go. You will still move forward. You can't move forward once you're gone.

With that in mind, I choose to value myself above all others. It doesn't mean that I can't care or love others. It does mean that the most priceless thing I can give someone is my time. I can never get that back. So, I choose to surround myself with people that bring value or happiness to my life. All other things would be a waste.

This works for me.

Going to class with mostly girls while retaining my masculinity, being physically fit, popular, and one of the most intelligent people in my class. Would get IOIs just waking past groups of girls. People telling me “I feel like most of the teachers like you”. People wanting to be my friend out of nowhere. People being nice to me for no reason. Matching with plenty of girls on tinder. Getting hundreds of nudes. Having an above average lay count. Having an above average education level.
Guys getting insecure around their girlfriends around me. Girls feeling my arms when I was in class. Guy friends telling me I’m charming. The list goes on.

To be honest it was because I simultaneously improved myself in many ways (lifting, better grooming, better style, career planning, hobbies, etc.) while realizing 99% of women weren't shit. I had destroyed by BP programming of thinking women were "strong" or some bullshit just because they existed.

I realized that I actually am the prize compared to some harlot who's looks will fade in 8-10 years and then she'll be stuck with having "traveling" and "netflix" as a hobby.

Work hard to own your frame, and improve it. We all have down days...self doubt, self criticism...but the more we work at changing limiting beliefs...those down moments become challenges, devalidate all the negative thinking.

Reading no more Mr Nice Guy' was big, for me. Lifting...and realising I had defeated the kind of life challenges that would kill most guys.
