Some women are going to disqualify you because of your height. But you have to be unbothered by your height. You also must compensate on other areas. You body has to be tight, your clothes must be on point, you have to work on your social skills.

But you must arm yourself for the shit test. When a woman mentions your height you must response and react. “ oh you must date a lot of short guys huh?” You just have to be prepared.

Also shift your focus to a career and making money. Money and the right mindset is going to take you places.

Ofc it matters, im also 5'4 at 23 years old so i know the hand that i¡ve been dealt, maybe you are not balding like me so you have plenty of options, try to improve your smv until you look really good and then you will get women. not a lot but a couple for sure, you should aim for shorter women otherwise your chances are next to null. i cant say that you cant get a girl taller than you, just that it would be super difficult

Lots of comments. Yikes! Im 5'7, 33 and 100% bald and have been with around 30 women-- from heights 5'0 to 5'9-- not Chad by any means, but some experience. Not sure if those extra 3 inches make things unrelatable to you, but if you want help, I have some pointers.

I look like Zac Efron from the neck down, and that helps immensely. When most ppl say they take care of themselves, they're usually lying to themselves. They don't want to put 2.5 hours a day into the gym-- and harder yet-- they don't want to have to pay for all the protein-based food they'll have to eat. They don't mind bulking, but hate to restrict calories. They want to have a beer once in a while, and alcohol is a no-go if you're going to be shredded. If you want my workout routine, PM me and I'll give it to you for free. When you start hitting the gym (seriously) you should find a 5'4 bodybuilder and make that your icon. Fuck Schwarzenegger, fuck Coleman and Cutler-- your goal is fucking Franco Columbu (5'4).

Also, you have to cultivate a ZFG attitude EVERY TIME you get rejected. It has to he pathologically ingrained.

Other posters are right-- get your life together as best as possible. Invest money into 401k and invest in a portfolio. Try to get $10k in the bank. If you're young, why not save money and live at home for a year while you build your body, your fashion, your inner game? I wish I had done that.

Give yourself no passes with fashion. If you can't see a male model wearing it, you shouldn't be wearing it. Invest in a lot of small (maybe extra small) v-necks. Get one of every color. Buy polo shirts that fit slim on you and invest in a suit, and get it tailored. Invest in a perfectly fitted leather jacket.

And yes, you absolutely can wear elevator shoes. Max to 3 inches. For just waliing around, wear Carolina logging boots with the 3 inch boost. They're rugged and you'll look like a biker (hey dude, consider buying a motorcycle while you're at it). For seeming taller, you can even buy slippers with 3 inch lifts for when you take her back to yours, if you get the sense that height is a dealbreaker for her. I do this, and I also have the new silicone socks that slip over your feet and give your heel 2 inches. Copes? Absolutely, but they work. Last week I asked a girl of 5'9 to guess my height when I brought her home and she guessed, "six feet?"

Grow a beard if you can and keep that shit lined up perfectly. If you have hair, you can max that to give you an extra inch. Masculinity helps so much, because women's process of constructing what they see of you is most important under first impression. If your height isn't the first thing they notice, you've gotten through half the battle.

So presumably you're dressing like a man, you're standing around 5'7, you're shredded (give this one a year) and you have ZERO issues getting rejected over and over and over-- you think of each rejection as a gym exercise, making you stronger. Another fuck not given. At this point, a shift happens. Women see that you don't care about their reaction. They become intrigued. You will start to score with them. But you can't afford to go with swipe dating alone. You're gonna have to daygame in person as well. You need to accept that you're gonna hit on girls a lot and you're gonna have to set your ego aside as you get rejected.

You're going to end up as a "non-computer"-- the person who trolled and trolled for so long and without any remorse until someone sees height as a non-issue. There are women out there in your city right now who are like that.

Again, do the superficial stuff WHILE you work on your career. And let go of the goal of being chad. Just be the best you can be in every area. I've found that even if lifting and saving and sobriety and investing and busting my ass in a medical career seemed like sacrifices at first, but also that even if tomorrow I found out that none of it would make a difference with women.....it would ALL still be worth it.

I'm 5'6. Yes, it matters until your start babbling your mouth. All that comes of your mouth is what will matter. Do you command respect? Are you social, fun person to be around with? Are you not boring? With your attitude, it seems you are very sensitive. What you're lacking is confidence, not height. Get in shape. Groom yourself.
