Or
"I'll stop mansplaining, when you stop being stupid" Lightly slap her ass and tell her "Now let the boys talk while you redo your lipstick and fetch us some coffee"

Agreed. In grad school there was this feminazi who got into an argument with a friend of mine, this guy might be the most brilliant supergenius human being I've ever met. (Won a $100k academic contest when I knew him, he's now literally the top doctor in his entire country.) Long story short, he was talking about some statistic about men and women and all I can remember was that this statistic bothered the feminazi and she said, "But my one friend" blah blah blah about how her female friend's behavior somewhat refuted that statistic my friend brought up. He said she was being anecdotal, that she was just bringing up what she'd experienced, an edgecase, that her little story meant absolutely nothing compared to actual mathematics, and concluded, "And that's the thing about statistics, they're an average of everything that's ever been recorded." He walked away and the look on her face was obviously HEMANSPLAINEDOHMYGOD. She was crossing her arms and frowning and staring into space. Fuming because of truth. That man will always be a hero of mine.

I’m gonna generalize but I do hate that this kind of people are arrogant and will make ANY conversation into a demonstration of their intelligence. If you try saying something they’ll find a way to rebuttal it, or will compliment what you said in a way it feels condescending.
Like let’s say you say something interesting you read on a scientific paper, they’ll go on and say you’re right but this this and that. Again, acting condescending only to show off intellect. And it’s not like you can say “no” because chances are they’re right.
It’s so hard interacting with them.

Let me explain. An anecdote that describes the topic of the OP and shows that this topic may indeed be true doesn't need a balanced view of the subject of the story every single time. Like, we don't say that Fauci is a good scientist then always counter that with, but he got a C in Calculus in college.

Well, if you choose to ignore the actual definition of the word I can see why it’s confusing.
The actual meaning is that when a man explains something to a woman that he assumes she doesn’t know, because a “woman wouldn’t know”.
Now what happens is that there’s people on both sides interpreting it wrong and then use that definition.
Men will say that it doesn’t exist and women will say that everything a man explains to a woman is mansplaining. Both are wrong.

Isn't "mansplaining" just explaining something and the other person thinks that you are being condescending?
Sort of, it’s overexplaining something when it’s uncalled for due to a man assuming a woman doesn’t understand it since she’s a woman (not since she’s inexperienced in the field).
If a man is condescending about explanations then it’s immediately called mansplaining, even if it isn’t actually (but being condescending when explaining is obnoxious so idc if it’s used wrong the dude should shut up)
On the other hand, a woman explaining in a condescending way is just her being annoying, and likely will make her labeled a “Karen” for (imo) obvious and justified reasons

An actual conversation I had after designing something for a client in Photoshop and explaining how to edit a design I created for her.
She interrupts: "You're mansplaining btw"
Me: "What's that?"
Her: "It's when a man talks to a woman in a condescending way"
Me: "What part of my conversation was condescending?"
Her: "The tone wasn't condescending but you were explaining a simple concept that EvERyBoDy knows"
Me: "A lot of people don't know this, actually. So I always explain it. It's good that you know it already."
I didn't get a reply after that. But a few days later, she asked me how to edit something.
