Lyanna Mormont is starting to get on my tits. Robb Stark and Jon Snow are men who occasionally had to use a their fuck-off sized pet wolves to frighten people into obeying them. Dany Targaryen is a woman who occasionally had to frighten people with not one or two, but three dragons. Brienne Tarth is a 6'3" beast of a woman who has to use her awesome sword skills to get people to take her seriously. Do you seriously mean to tell me that Lyanna Mormont, a little girl who weighs less than some of my turds can make grown men obey her by just glaring at them? GTFOH. None of her scenes came off as her *"shaming men"* to me. She just seemed bratty, entitled, and delusional. In real life she'd challenge someone and be torn to bits on the battlefield, or in a trial by combat in seconds. HBO jumped the shark with that character in an attempt to pander to SJW freaks.

Her character seemed to shame women in the series who relied on men and were cowardly also. She did have a pretty badass character to be fair.

Meh. She became my favorite character pretty quickly on the show. She plays a 9 year old that demands attention from everyone. She's pretty bad ass.

In today’s time in the USA, that’s not a good thing to like shaming men just because they are men. But I think that for the character herself in the time period she’s in it’s a good thing to shame sexist men. She doesn’t act like a typical girl of that time period and she wants to fight along side her army instead of hiding somewhere in safety, so she’s respectable. Many of the male characters in the show are sexist (not exactly the major ones, but the minor ones), so it’s cool when a female shows them up and proves they are just as worthy. Same with Brienne. She’s one of the best fighters, but being a woman at that time she gets disrespected.
