How can my wife, who was arrested nine days ago for assault against me while I was holding our daughter, get an ex parte judge to quash my protection order keeping my daughter safe and protected and enforce a temporary visitation arrangement that only gives me every other weekend and one night a week until the family court hears my case? How is this reasonable in any way, considering her assault charge? Washington State, btw.
