So I had a date with a girl I met in tinder. We met up at a bar and immediately clicked. Shared a lot of the same interests, she was smart, witty, could handle my sarcasm and dish some out herself. Def. had a good vibe going and I escalated with kino and kissed her randomly, which she was receptive too and was even flustered saying she never kissed on the first date. Kept talking and enjoying each other's company while getting comfortable touching each other and sharing a few more kisses throughout the night. She's a nurse and had to be up at 5am the next day for a 12 hr. Shift. We left the bar, she offered to pay her own tab. Seeing as she was willing, that's a good sign in my book but I ended up just paying bc I wanted to. Her intentions were good and I don't really care about paying for $20 worth of drinks. We walk to her car, she holds my hand and we have a real solid makeout session before she leaves (grab her ass and she feels my arms). She texts me when she gets home telling me she's safe and had fun. We text back and forth maybe 5 times about seeing each other again and a sexual innuendo joke we had going at the bar. She says goodnight and that was that. So that was Friday and I know she's working sat-today all 12 hr shifts. I texted her at like 11 today but haven't gotten anything back. Usually I can pin point what might have went wrong but this one is really irking me. I have two other plates but one will be leaving to go back to school soon and the other isn't nearly as cool as this girl. This girl is more my style, girl next door look but can actually hold a decent convo. I know abundance mentality and outcome independence is vital, but this one is really fucking with my head. Don't know If I'm jumping the gun and worrying to soon (I know, I shouldn't car at all, it's a tinder girl after all) but it's been bugging me all day. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks guys.

Edit: 2 seconds after posting I just got this message from her:

Hey, it was really fun hanging out with you. But I'm not sure I feel enough of a connection to meet up again. Good luck

Did not see that coming.
