Not quite a direct quote of what she said nor is she a federal level minister. Actually, that's what caught my eye because the current crop running the federal government are dyed-in-the-wool SJWs. Remember, their leader clearly said that women deserved to be half of his cabinet because it was 2016. Not because they earned the spots or were necessarily the best fits (although they could have been on both counts) but simply because they were women. Because it was 2016.

Anyway, this minister simply doesn't want to identify herself with the feminist movement and this particular piece is just the usual "Check the dictionary, Luddite !" stuff.
