Reminds me of that comment about this guys feminist housemate Who got them all to watch "survivor" (think it was the dutch version) where it was split by gender on two different islands, the feminist was adamant that "finally you will be able to see just how successful women are without men ruining things"

What actually happened (obviously) is the male island prospered with shelter hunting etc and the women's island actually became dangerous survival wise.

Because the men did what was needed , but the women wouldn't do anything without the "group" being consulted and it being mass approved.

Or in short there was no leadership on the woman's island everything was by committee. And they just sat in the sun all day.

I don't think any society has ever flourished over the rule of one group of people over another based on genitalia, race, religious belief, sexual preference, or any other arbitrary quality that has nothing to do with ruling. I wonder if they are going to actually put forward evidence.

I wonder if men should have a debate about whether society flourished more under male rule. No wait, that would be misogyny.

One of the biggest problems with the myth of patriarchy is based on most historical rulers are men, that they serve men's interests. Men have always cared about women far more than their fellow man, and rulers in general concern themselves with how to enslave men as much as possible. (poverty and misery is necessary to recruit soldiers and beg favour to benevolent kings).

Women, by nature, tend to feel entitled to the suffering of men. Hilary Clinton would ask for more sympathy for women as "the real victims of war" by having a bunch of expendable men murder and risk death for her power.

You cannot claim that women have no will or power to enforce their will, and do not seek to subjugate as many slaves as possible to fulfill their will, and so you cannot claim that peace necessarily follows female rule.

I'd like to see if they actually present real solutions to problems and argue why they're better than the current solutions rather than simply argue that if women were in charge, everything would somehow simply be better.

And if public education teaches us anything about women being in charge, it's that the whole system will be pretty shitty for men.

If you believe and assert that gender has no difference and that women and men are not different in capability or competency you undermine your own argument entirely by then claiming "women are better at x, or would be better"

Its literally a logical fallacy contradicting your own claims.
