209 to 188 officially today. Also it’s been somewhat easy because I’ve mostly lost my appetite 😂 but just doing low impact zone 2 (& rock climbing) which = walking briskly if this helps anyone. I started walking 3mj and am now up to 6-7 and listen to music, prayer & podcast & avoidant attachment videos to understand my ex is nuts lol I got blindsided so I don’t miss her but I do miss the life? Idk how to say it. Still hard to digest a woman coming up to you that told you she wanted to start a family and then says she doesn’t went kids, undesirable for years, doesn’t want to work on anything, found she’s attracted to another man for a month 😂 un fucking believable.

Can’t wait to file for divorce 2026. California is going to allow joint dissolution of marriage starting 2026 that will apply to long term marriages so should be file and done fortunately in my case. 15 year marriage/18 years together. End of an era and the start of a new one.
