"Used against you" and "something your judge will look at or consider" are two different things. Don't put any weight on threats, allegations or innuendo. They are red herrings that any scumbag family law attorney will latch on to becau$e it ratchet$ up the billable hour$$$.

Do move for divorce and tell your lawyer you want a trial. No 4-ways, no conferences, no meetings. Prepare for trial. That's how you separate the facts from the sensationalist distractions.

If you aren't doing anything wrong, stop acting like you're doing something wrong.

I’m in Texas, and my ex was off the rails with her drug and alcohol abuse. My attorney told me that regarding weed, it’s really not viewed by the courts as an issue, all things considered, she’s not homeless or in rehab. I think you should be just fine. But with all things, ask your lawyer, and best of luck to you

Ant judge that's going to "judge" you for smoking weed is going to also "judge" her as a MOTHER for sitting idly by and allowing something she's now condemning to her benefit. She didn't have an issue with it before but she does now? She's a hypocrite. Stop letting her doubt yourself as a father, she's trying to scare you away so you don't fight her. No one is perfect and weed is miniscule compared to most if the shit that happens in a marriage. Does she have any mental health issues? Depression, anxiety? You could easily turn the tables and paint her unstable. Remind her of every imperfect thing she's done as a mother, and don't play her game.
