Hey fellas, I have a bit of a situation here that I could use your advice on.

My ex and I have been sharing expenses for the children since she cheated and I gave her the boot. Dental, medical, that sort of thing.

Recently she taken to buying things for the kids and then "invoicing me" for them whether or not I said I would pay for them. $500 dollars in school supplies, $300 glasses for the kids, etc.

So in the face of it, looks like the expenses could be justified but in reality are bullshit and if literally told her I wouldn't be doing that.

The issue is, I've sent her some dental bills and she's taking that money off of the balance I "owe" from above instead of sending me some cash. I also had a small overpayment of another expense that she won't send me back but again, has applied it to the balance of her made up debt.

I've always paid my share of shared expenses right away, even now, to make sure the kids are getting whatever they need. Our agreement is not a divorce decree yet, because she sucks, but says the usual about what expenses are eligible but does say they do need to be agreed upon.

I guess my question is how do I escape this craziness and what have you guys done in this situation?
