Don’t chase a woman who doesn’t respect or love you back man. It’s a one way street. You only make yourself look worse in her eyes. Consider it a loss and move on, brother. I know it’s hard, been there before. Start hanging out with coworkers, go to the gym, avoid excessive amounts of booze and destructive behaviors, try to eat cleaner and chase some other women once you’re ready. I would highly advise to leave her alone, she has asked for that. It could get worse legally for you if you continue after she has asked you to stop.

She has no respect for you. Doesn’t love you- look at her actions. You are simping and not the guy you used to be. Time to say fuck it. It’s over. Time to be an asshole and mirror her behavior. Don’t respond to her for at least 1 days via phone or text. Just say been busy. Don’t giver her any free assets. Don’t be a doormat, because that’s what she thinks you are.

If you love somethin', let it go, If it comes back to you it's yours, If it doesn't, it never was. Unfortunately you have to do as she wishes. On your end, you can pray, you can do as she commands and you can grey rock. Do those things and focus on yourself. This process ain't easy and you'll wonder if you'll ever find someone over again? But let GOD and time take care of that. I know you'll get through this pain. Chin up.

As hard as it is, you listen to her. Leave her alone. She may figure put how badly she's screwed up but she may not. Either way, you deserve someone who wants to be with you and she doesn't. I know how much that sucks, trust me. You're with a whole group of men who understand. It's the best group that none of us ever wanted to join.

Hey bro, ya gotta move on. I am two months in to the same deal.juar give it time. There's nothing else you can do. Focus on you and and getting through the next six months. Whatever is gonna happen will mostly likely all happen in those six months. Work go to the gym rearrange your house whatever helps make ya more comfortable. of course you want your wife back. But that's not up to you. I'm sorry and we're all going through this. Just different stages. Look ya gotra ask yourself some tough questions and you're not gonna have answers yet. But write em down. Truly wish I could help you more brother, the only thing I can say, if you'll look 6 months down the road you'll be a lot happier & a lot healthier mentally than you've been since the divorce started. Maybe even since the marriage started. There surprisingly a lot of videos out there that can help you if you look for them.

Move on. Her ship has sailed while yours is still at the pier. Undoubtedly it's hard, we all get it, you don't want to move on, but it's absolutely necessary you show her you don't need her, cut off all ties, and wish her the best of luck. It won't be easy, but you'll see as time moves forward so will you. You don't want a woman like that and never take her back.

It's over. I'm not going to kick you while you are down, but she's not knitting blankets and going to bed at 8:00 pm every night. Stop fighting for someone who does not give a single g about you. All you are doing is giving her validation and proving she can treat you like trash, but you still want her. Reconcilliation is a bunch of b.s. This is not the movies. It sucks and can take months / years to get over, but you've got to have a dose of reality. It takes 2 to marry, but 1 to divorce. Good luck.

I say that with respect, compassion and empathy.

I’m confused, did you interpret my response as being defensive or hostile?

That was assuredly not my intention whatsoever… and it’s actually very concerning to me that it was possibly received like that though, I’m genuinely asking for feedback here - what was it about my words, syntax, or punctuation that conveyed defensiveness or hostility?

I would never call myself ‘red pill’… My response was based on the content of this specific comment and I didn’t review the specific commenter’s history… I also didn’t know that certain buzzwords like ‘light switch’ weren’t allowed… Seriously just want to learn more, appreciate your engagement here and/or DM me if that’s more straightforward
