Holiday time always trumps regular time but yes, after your time saturday for holiday you get to complete the weekend time if it was your regularly scheduled weekend

It is still your weekend. Holidays lay on top of the regular schedule.

Parenting plans are a joke. Not set in reality. Get a lawyer and refuse to follow them.

Holiday weekends are different. The order is the order. You can try and get it modified but that will be difficult.

Holiday hours end at noon. Then it resorts back to regular hours. Now that Christmas is over, you get them for your regular weekend. You get them until 6. If you REALLY want to play by the rules, you can bring them back and then immediately take them back home for 6 hours since it's your weekend.

every other weekend from friday at 6pm to sunday at 6pm

she gets the kids from dec 24th at 10am to dec25 at 12 noon

noon on the 25th till noon on the 26th.

christmas and it's supposed to be my weekend.

25th at noon -> sunday at 6PM.

If this wasn't your weekend, you'd have the minimum, which is "noon on the 25th till noon on the 26th"

Cops wont be involved unless the order specifically says something like that, and it's a civil matter.

This is why you need a very comprehensive parenting order that deals with these issues and timing.

That aside, cops won't do anything as long as there is no police enforcement clause in ur order.

Can't see the exact language of the order - so don't really know what it says. But if it says you need to return the kids to her at noon, that's specific language. If it says your holiday parenting time ends at noon, then it probably goes back to the regular schedule.

Parenting plans are rarely drafted correctly in all respects and even when they're drafted "properly" it's just an excuse for the asshole parent to game the rules.
