The best way for your to approach this: First: treat her like a bandaid. She’s dead to you. Second: extreme exercise in the form of heavy weights. Third: learn how to mediate. Fourth: try a new hobby.

It’s not fair what she did. Mortally wound you and then not give a flying fuck about you despite her promises and a marriage. SHE DOESNT DESERVE YOU. Forget about her. She will reap the harvest she has sown in time, and you won’t be anywhere near her to see that miserable existence. Where will you be? Thriving.

It sounds crazy but this is a fucking blessing in disguise. She’s an anchor. You are a king.

Been there and stayed for years trying to work through the heartache...completely broke me mentally. Torture...years and years of torture trying to fight through the pain. PTSD, constant anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts. Then I just left...

Divorced 6 months ago and finally feeling free from fighting that pain. My mind is finally starting to rest. Taking care of myself...work, exercise, therapy, focusing on my children. Never again will my mind be tortured by what she did

Do what you need to do but my advice to myself would have been to just go... leave and sever that emotional tie completely. Don't look back and save yourself

I don't think she realises what she did.

If she (or anyone else) did this to their country (such as the US), it would be considered treason, and in most countries, even the ultra-backward ones, the punishment for that is very harsh. And there's a reason why the punishment is so harsh.

There's no longer any punishment for adultery, infidelity etc. Therefore both husbands and wives, gf and bf nowadays can feel free to do whatever they like, whenever they like. Websites like AshleyMadison openly encourages cheating. A promise given from one partner to another means absolutely fuck all in today's society.

There's no point in following a law or obeying a promise if it's not enforced. Today in most cases a woman owns you from head to toe the day you start living together or get married. She can choose to be a pornstar the day after getting married and there's nothing you can do about it. If you stop her or even say something against it, that's coercive control and emotional abuse and you could end up in jail for that.

"It will get better", yes, but only for you, provided you separate, ditch her, go your own way and focus on yourself. Stick with her and you will suffer even more. Once a cheater, always a cheater. There must be no forgiveness awarded to someone who committed treason against your kingdom.
