Mine never stops lying. I don’t see any way of fixing it. I’ve sure thought about suing but I don’t think it will help. Im a man, after-all.

It’s my understanding that slander and libel lawsuits simply aren’t worth the time in the majority of cases. I believe it has to be proven that you have had significant financial losses as a direct result of whatever was said or written. It’s also very difficult to prove. Just proving the lies isn’t really the key but rather the correlation of the material to your losses. If it’s simply lies that had no financial effect I don’t think anything can be done.

Funnily enough I asked my lawyer this the other day-

Can I sue my Ex for Fraud given all that she hid from me before we got married?

That I would never have married her if I’d known that she had been a heroin addict, had lost custody of her daughter previously, was a full blown alcoholic, had a personality disorder.

You know, little details like that that would’ve meant I’d have never married her.

He said it’d make an interesting test case….

Not worth your effort…. A woman needs validation in the court of public opinion….. and the regular courts would go broke if women didn’t make up majority of false accusations to string along attorney billable hours…. We wouldn’t have the likes of Amber Heard!

Not worth your effort, money or energy. The best way to get back at them is to live your life to the fullest and give zero f*cks about her bs…..

You will never be successful with a slander or libel suit. You don't have the time, attention and money to fight a war on two fronts.
