Just finished mediation. Official divorce day is September 26th. That is when judge is oficially going to sign order. In the split, I am supposed to get her car. Also, a child custody schedule was drawn up. Outside court, She has already told me she is not giving me her car. She was supposed to download a parenting app for communication. She has not done that. We are supposed to close our joint bank account. However, I cannot communicate with her to go to the bank to close the account. She has me blocked on her phone. I also have a strong suspicion she is not going to follow the child custody schedule. What recourse do I have if she does not follow these court orders??
