So all assets are split down middle. She is going to buy me out on house. The main problem is with time parenting. First off, currently, she is leaving the kids with her mother most of her free time. She does work as a teacher regular hours during the week. I travel and work 2 weeks/month. My plan was to have 50/50 time and have the kids every other week. This made sense to me. Her lawyer made the argument that “50/50 is his worst scenario.” They wanted to take 2 of my days during my week. We countered with one of my days during the school year. Then, during summer I would get all my days. They could not make a decision. Now going to second mediation. Does losing 2 of my days during my week make sense??
