Tell your lawyer and get her income investigated as part of the divorce. If she's pulling in lots of cash, you might owe nothing,or better yet, she might owe you. She might also not be paying income tax or declaring her earnings, so the IRS might be very interested too (depending upon if you want to go scorched earth). I would advise against this, especially if you end up not paying CS, as that could alter the deal in her favour. As for the moral aspect, it's not frowned upon so will have no outcome on custody, however if he starts to get bullied at school, then by all means use it as a lever to gain full custody. I can't imaging how painful it must be to have a mother who does this and ALL your friends know...

Has she told you? How many subs does she have? What's the commercial arrangement? Did she start the channel before or after she filed her financial statements?

Bottom line is that you want her to make money because that helps you. I wouldn't confront her or let her know until you figure out what to do.

This is valuable information that you should keep to yourself until you find out the best way to use it. Ideally, she'll make good money from it and will fail to disclose it to the court. Then you can subpoena onlyfans to see what she's making and hope it affects child support. Additionally, if she's performing when the kid is there, especially if it's with someone else, you might be able to use it as a reason to get more parenting time and further reduce child support.

How does having a only fans impact her from being a good mother. It doesn't, lawyers will make you think it does to bill you hours that go o where.

If shes making $$$$ then she needs to show this income and if it's more than what you earn she will owe you support. That's the only angle where her onlyfans come into play.

Talk to your lawyer. I have seen cases where child protective services pull a child out of the home because mom was an exotic dancer or possing nude in magazines. Your lawyer should know about possible uses and financial aspects effecting the divorce.

Tell your lawyer immediately if she’s making enough money where she can support herself you might not have to pay alimony or CS. You can maybe even try to have her look as the greedy one. Think about it $5 subscription plus whatever she charges for what she shows can really add up. This is the best of all possible worlds. As others have mentioned, you must bring it up as a source of income. And in addition you should have an expert to testify what the potential will be for much more income, depending on the type of video and pictures that she posts. at the same time it allows you to get into what the judge might consider sexual misconduct. Usually that is not admissible evidence in a no fault divorce state, but since this is now her occupation, the subject matter is wide open. Maybe she’s going to become an escort as well. And don’t worry about your children since everything in domestic relations court is private, it’s not going to get to them.
