But 10 days is nothing in the time frame this will take. Don't worry about rushing it, it'll happen, just takes a bit of time

Not all lawyers are shitty, but many are. She should have informed you about this, that's what a professional would do. That being said, everything with lawyers and the court is hurry up and wait. In the grand scheme of the divorce process this should be considered a minor inconvenience.
