I 40M have no desire to get divorced, but my 36F wife doesn't think I'm interesting to talk to any more. 13 years together, 11 married and 3 kids. 8/5/3. So i feel like i should be the first to file to try and control what I can before the rug pull comes.

I'm a senior executive at a company likely to IPO in 2-3 years, and will be coming into ~$5M via various equity and commission deals. She's in a director level leadership role within her company as well, so money isnt an issue in the relationship.

I do about 90% of the child care, pickups, dropoffs, coaching, cook all the meals. Bed time books, the list goes on. Very present father, which is what hurts me so much.

Aside from contacting a lawyer, I was hoping to get some ideas of what to prepare from the male side of the equation? I'd love to keep the house, and primary care of the kids but I'm sure the dad always gets screwed, and I'll be lucky to get 1 week on 1 week off.

I enjoy bourbon a few nights a week. Should I ship out my collection, and stop drinking while things are going on?

I also have a LLC (not my day job) i use for consulting. Business isn't really worth anything, but I do make decent money with it and my skills. Does she have access to money thats in the business bank account?

Sorry for rambling, but trying to process this is a little overwhelming.
