There is no "alternative" to red pill, red pill IS the alternative. It's the tiny, obscure hardly visible path on the side, next to the enormous, open avenue in the middle called "reality".

It's not red pill vs blue pill vs orange pill. It's red pill vs reality. It's some dozens of thousands of people on the internet, vs billions of people in reality.

First, wherever you learned this from, cut it away. Unsubscribe from the youtube channels, unsubscribe from the subreddits, stop talking to the people who taught you this. Stop letting these ideas enter your brain. It will make the rest much easier.

Second, learn correct psychology. Red pill ideas are incorrect psychology. The solution is to learn correct ideas instead, which is psychology.

I recommend that you watch 10 videos. Then 20, then 50. However long you spent hearing incorrect ideas that led you to this mindset, spend as much time or more listening to good ideas.

Personally I made a number of friends, some of whom were women, exposing myself to a wider group of experiences. And I would shut up about redpill stuff and instead just listen to their experiences and how they interpreted it to get a wider understanding. (edit to add: i also got on top of my mental health)

Once you stop interpreting everything through a redpill viewpoint it ceases to be a case of being "constantly bombarded with evidence to the contrary". Instead you see much more, and read less toxic stuff into what you do see.

Note that occasionally you will run into someone saying something that really does tap into those thoughts and that's fine. There are shitty people out there. But its useful to have friends like I described above you you know how that "shitty people" aren't the norm

There isn't really a codified "bluepill" since that's really only a term used by redpilled folks. Anyone outside that sphere would just be confused by that term.

What the alternative is from this depends on what you want. IF you are looking to date there are some things you can try to make that happen. It might help to have a good look at your mental health as the redpill is pretty effective at reinforcing negative mental things like depression.

It all comes down to reclaiming your common sense. I'm sorry but a bunch of dudes on the internet didn't crack the code and uncovered some sort of "secret dark truths" that the average person isn't aware of and that explains the entirety of dating.

First, almost all dating can be explained by common sense. Some of those are unfortunate truths (Women like looks, money, status or get an hitch for bad boys), none the less it's still a form of common sense that most people are aware of and willing to admit. It's just that TRP vastly exaggerates it's relevance, while also acting like this is some sort of shocking revelation, when it's a lesson most people are aware of by their pre teens.

It's also about being self-aware of your own biases. You need to drop your cynnicism and circular logic. If i see a male stranger on the street with a girl that's "below" his SMV i don't assume it's hypergamy at play. If i see a girl with a guy that's "below" her i don't assume she's with him "for security" or some other BS. I don't know the couple. Could be a million reasons explaining why their together. Simply "love" being the most parsimonious, common sense explanation, to start with. This is just a simple example of the BS traps the confirmation bias of TRP plays on TRPers.

Like others have said, there is no Alternative TRP as it is the alternative to actual reality. Also the fact that we've been convinced to fight some idiotic "culture war" when there is the more important class war we've been engaged in without even realizing it.

I had some red pilled beliefs when I was younger because of negative childhood experiences and toxic early relationships, though I never identified as a terper or watched TRP content. I saw myself as a victim and thought everyone was selfish and only in it for themselves, so I started treating others poorly. While my negative view of people wasn't specific to women, I definitely thought that women (like everyone else) were just going to use me or treat me badly and that it was best if I did it to them rather than them do it to me.

In my education I took classes in math/statistics, science, philosophy , etc. which taught me how to properly reason by exposing me to logical ways of thinking rather than emotional thinking. I also met allot of different people with different perspectives and saw that people weren't all bad and that I had grown up in a toxic bubble with trashy people who reinforced my negative world view. I also entered CBT and started becoming more self-aware, though I still held on to some of those ideas.

The final nail on the coffin for me though, was watching allot of my former friends get into TRP as they went into their twenties. I found myself genuinely frustrated, disgusted and saddened with the way they were acting. I just remember how unappealing it was and how little I liked hanging out with them when they were like that. Most disturbingly, was that I saw aspects of my former self in them. I realized then that there but for the grace of God go I. Another thing I found highly disturbing was the cult-like aspect of TRP and how they were getting radicalized in lots of other ways based on those beliefs.

My negative reaction to this led to me becoming even more self-aware in allot of ways, as I had to re-evaluate certain core beliefs I found that I had in common with them. I also started learning more about psychology and how cults and manipulative people worked and learning how to spot the red flags. I started surrounding myself with healthier people and things got genuinely better. I don't have as big of a social circle anymore, but I am much happier. I don't take pills.

What did it take for you to convince yourself of this when you are constantly bombarded with evidence to the contrary all day every day?

Learning to reason with logic and spot fallacies in my own beliefs and in others beliefs. I don't experience cognitive dissonance, because most "evidence to the contrary" is anecdotal and cannot be generalized to everyone. With 4,000,000,000 women on this planet one can cherrypick millions of examples of female behavior that matches the TRP narrative and still only be capturing a tiny subset of women. They are selectively focusing on what a subset of women do and saying that it's true for the whole of women, which is bad logic. You see these kinds of tricks in propaganda too and when you wake up to them, they don't work. Allot of people's minds play tricks on them in this way as well.

You don't have to be married to a pill. Just be critical of yourself, don't let other people's ideas get through your skull, be conscious about what of the things you believe would hurt other's lives nad beliefs. For example, someone might say, "girls wants to get someone with money and looks without offering anything and they use feminism to justify an manipulate nice guys". You've gotta ask yourself, "Is this really what happens? Even if it does, is it common enough to make me hate Lal or most women and feminists? Is that really the point of feminism? Do I know enough about it to declare and believe that? Maybe I don't, I'd rather not believe this or the contrary until I feel like learning and reading to form my own opinion, for now I'd ignore both sides". This helped me. A lot years back.

Out of curiosity, what specific struggles do you associate with being a man that are specifically endemic to the gender? I'm not asking to suggest you are wrong or dismiss it, but I'm curious about the specific things you experience or see that have you convinced that men are struggling uniquely or more significantly.

Well I stopped following all redpill content and took a step back remembered I'm a woman and that literally none of it actually applied to my life or to the many people I know. I genuinely started to hate myself for just being female and existing...but I really realized all that shit is there to feed on insecurities and to get views and money from men and women alike. There is no blue pill, there's only the REAL red pill which is studying psychology, and remembering we're all just meat sacks trying to have an okay time.

I don't think the Blue Pill community thinks its equal. I think it would be that the men have it easier. I do think that they struggle in different way and its not just that its different but I think that men and women face problems that are the inverse of each other. Men are told they are metrosexual if they work too hard on their appearance and women are not feminine enough or lazy if they don't do everything to make themselves more attractive.

Men are told to do all the pursuing and women are told if they pursue a man will lose interest. Men are told they need to be hard and tough and think logically and not others feelings and women are told if they are not caring enough they are hard and cruel and debilitated emotionally. It goes on and on and it's just hard because sure, we might be a man or woman but we are still humans and we express it all and we need to be everything at some point in our life.

I think this theory has helped me to understand more about men and have more empathy.
