Probably for the same reason that men's domestic violence shelters and men's rape crisis centers are mostly run and funded by feminist women.

The same reason why Planned Parenthood provides free reproductive health services to men as well as women.

The same reason why Movember, a massive international men's suicide and health organization, is half run by women.

If you want to know that reason, maybe you should volunteer for any of those noble causes and ask the women there why they go out of their way to reach out and help men.

Some of us (including me) were probably married/in a relationship with a man involved in this but we didn't know about it at the time. And like others have said here, some women were probably the pick me women but came to their senses eventually. It's always been confusing and bizarre to me seeing these women on YouTube speaking in favour of red pill and these men while trashing their own gender. I would hope that's why some women are here after turning away from that. That right there is a form of manipulation and gaslighting on red pills part to even cause these women to doubt themselves/their own nature to even do that.
