Why do redpillers seem to get angry at feminists/women concerning the draft?

Because they don't have a whole lot of strong arguments for places in society where men have it worse. But "only men are being sent off to be killed" is a pretty strong argument. Or WOULD be, if it existed the way they imagine that it does.

Ironically, the politicians pushing for women in the draft most are on the left. Hillary Clinton, a self-professed feminist (I'll leave others to argue if she actually is) has been a huge supporter of women in the draft. Ted Cruz, a self-professed anti-feminist, has been part of the main opposition. Women in the draft regularly gets included in drafts of bills, primarily by politicians on the left, and then forced out of those bills, primarily by politicians on the right. (Some crossover, but not a ton.)

I say ironically because the vast majority of red pillers support right wing politicians. They argue about the draft without realizing (or probably more likely, without caring) that the main opposition to women in the draft is the very politicians that they vote for.

And honestly? I don't think most of them want women in the draft. A lot of them have a strong sense of gender roles and think women are weak and would weaken the military (as if modern wars rely on the brute strength of individuals much anyway.) They prefer keeping women out and then whining about inequality.

As for the left, some, like Clinton, want to include women in the draft, while others want to abolish the draft completely (I'm more on this side), but few want to keep the inequality of men being drafted and women not. That is almost exclusively a right wing political opinion.

But hey, red pill men working against their own best interests? Very common.

I feel like this could relate to the current abortion issue going on.

I think people should stand up for freedom over their bodies. Men should support a woman’s right to an abortion.

And women should also support a man’s freedom from being drafted. Both genders should be equally enraged anytime the government tries to dictate control over their bodies.

I don’t often see as many women protesting to end the draft as I see men pushing for abortion. So maybe there is some inequality in participation.

However, a man hasn’t been drafted in decades. And women are still now, in real time fighting for the right to an abortion. So maybe it makes sense in the end.

I don’t follow either topic too closely. I just know we should have more freedoms and less restrictions

Because TRP is built on a foundation of chauvinism, toxic masculinity (or just traditional masculinity, same thing), and misogyny.

When you are on it, you think feminism is evil, therefore something you don't like that has a gender component is the result of feminism.

The vast majority of TRPers don't know anything about feminism. Ask if one the difference between radical feminism and liberal feminism is like asking a conservative the difference between socialism and communism. They have zero idea. (I often read current TRP influencers complain that feminism was okay early on, but went too far after the 3rd wave... The 3rd wave was about inclusiveness, including non-white people and men's issues. Saying 1st wave feminism got it right outs you as either ignorant or super bigoted)

I resent this comment. I'm a man and I do not support the draft one bit. I never agreed to it, it was created decades before I was born by capitalist politicians and elites to settles their petty squabbles. Men did not create the draft, a small subset of very powerful men created it. The average Joe on the street had no part in it (unless you want to argue about complicity)

Now I'm done whining I'll address the meat of your post. I think a lot of them still suffer from the myth that women are the more empathetic gender, which plays into the other idea that they want a mother/therapist

They expect women/feminists to care about them and their struggles when women/feminists are fighting their own battles. Feminism is a movement for equality and social justice, but it's focused on it from a female perspective hence the name feminism. If men have a problem with the draft (they should, it's bullshit) then it's going to have to be them who challenges it. Women/feminists aren't out allies, we've got to fight our own battles

But honestly a lot of them just use it as a talking point to bitterly shit on women and have little interest in the social justice aspect of it

Because when conservatives bitch that the military is being used to teach values, they only mean social justice and social welfare values. Basic training is sacred to them - the GI Bill and healthcare are anything but. (They think wokeness training is a huge threat but military folks are used to bullshit and mostly just nod thru it.)
