Hey girls

A lot of posts say things like "dump him if he doesnt make you orgasm" or saying you should be having orgasm every time you have sex, but honestly I am 22 and never had one. I have had two sexual partners (both 2 year LTRs) and both were very attentive, we would spend hours trying to find things that would work for me, various toys (including regular vibrators, magic wands, those suction toys etc) and positions. Basically every bit of advice to try and reach an orgasm I have followed and it has never worked. Not even when I was a virgin and was doing it by myself, it just doesnt happen.

Sex/ masturbation feels *good* and I really enjoyed it with my last ex, it builds up to a place where it feels like I could orgasm, but then it just stops and I am too sensitive or just go numb and it doesn't feel good anymore. Really it is frustrating and I have a real feeling of missing out tbh.

I am now single again but living at home with my parents, I am trying to "train" myself to relax and see if I can make it happen but of course they rarely leave the house now so it isn't going very well. I have found deep breathing seems to help me enjoy it and relax a little more so I am going to continue trying whenever I have the house to myself.

So I just don't understand how to apply FDS strategy to my situation if I physically cannot orgasm. Like I feel awkward if a guy would even want to just eat me out with nothing in return because there is no "ending" because I can't orgasm so I would just have to basically be like "ok thats enough" and that just feels awkward to me?

Sorry if this is really rambly and incoherent, it's quite stressful for me and it does worry me, in some ways I feel like my sexual partners may be put off by the fact I can't orgasm. I know if I couldn't make my partner orgasm I would feel bad about myself :/ Kind of feel like crying after writing all this lol.

Please any advice about how I can teach myself? or just how I can approach sex in a FDS way when I can't orgasm because the advice here is quite orgasm-centric?

Thank you for reading all of this, I really hope you can help or just encourage me!
