This is the 'devils advocate' question that is being casually tossed out as a tasteless 'gotcha'. A bad faith hypothetical that uses emotion to make an Apples to Oranges argument seem comparable when its just not.

IF we were to assume this was comparable then we would need to agree that the WORSE case scenario would be a pregnancy. Granted, I am of the opinion that an unplanned pregnancy with any man that would try this argument to be its own form of hell, that is just me.
We also assume in this scenario that the man must not be able to make his own decisions because he has come to this situation with no backup protection of his own. Of course, if this man is soo opposed to an unexpected pregnancy than he must be aware that no Birth Control is 100% effective and thus rather than abstaining from the act he acknowledges that the possibility (slim or not) is there.

For the sake of the argument lets indulge in this worse case scenario for said 'hypothetical' man. IF the woman decides to keep the child he may be (not an absolute because the Family courts are hostile to single mothers) required to pay some child support.. He doesn't even need to see his child in most States - so a monetary loss.

All and all, if in doubt bring a condom.

Now the actual assault:

The act of Stealthing is non-consensual condom removal, this is the practice of a man removing a condom during sexual intercourse without consent, when his sex partner has only consented to condom-protected sex.

This leads to the generic scenario of possibly becoming pregnant but also sexual diseases from that man with ranges in severity.

At no point did the hypothetical woman in this scenario even been given the chance to think about other ways to protect herself because the point of Stealthing is to do it without someone's knowledge (often for the thrill of risking someone elses' well being) The woman can't decide that this is too risky because the power of consent is taken mid action with defines a form of Rape.
