So a very common thing I’ve noticed men will do is deny deny or play dumb on a problem or issue you raise or act like they don’t understand why it would bother you.

When you begin to explain they flip to the other end of the spectrum and try and brand you damaged, broken or weak for being annoyed by it- well if it upsets you that much you need a therapist or you really let that get under your skin, huh?

How do you all handle comments suggesting you’re weak damaged if you’re upset about something. Like you’re being run by the problem or are letting it drive you crazy/ break you.

Of course it’s an obvious dump in dating but I experience it with men everywhere- family members, male workmates and it’s not always possible to walk out or disengage.

Does anyone know of a good come back/ response.

They purposely flip from I don’t understand to get you to overprove and then when you take things further use it as a sign of weakness/ like you’re such a little bitch you’re losing your mind over nothing or letting bs drive you crazy
