I think it's a burial mound in a natural burial graveyard, so not as sketchy as it looks. It's common place to mark the grave with stones so they don't have traditional grave markers on them to make sure there is as little impact on nature as possible. Once an area is considered a graveyard, the land can not be sold or developed. It's also called conservation burial. This meme rings true, though. Just LVM and NVM things. If I wanted to have tea and a walk I would have suggested it or just go alone. (I would love it if my partner suggested tea and then visiting a natural/conservation burial ground though. How interesting!)
