Why do these men think they are so invincible 😐 I’d be calling DoorDash so quick.

When I was 21, I went out drinking with someone I thought I trusted. She took $50 from me while I was shitfaced to pay her tab and then threw me in an Uber. It was this dude with red hair who let me control the radio, I was extremely drunk — like, word-slurring, constant-babbling, screaming through the roof window drunk. I remember as we were nearing my house, he turned off his Uber gps thingy and continued driving past my house. I asked him where we were going and he said something to the effect of “I want to have fun with you.” This dude seriously thought I was drunk enough to be taken advantage of. I freaked out, started screaming at him to take me home, he got scared and turned around. The next morning, I get a text from him telling me he thought I was “beautiful” and wanted to meet up with me again. I hardly remembered the night before and had no clue who he was, so I reverse searched his phone number and saw he was my Uber driver from the night before. Surprise, surprise — his fb profile picture was of him and his WIFE AND KIDS. I told him never to contact me again unless he wanted his wife to know how slimy he is. Looking back, I wish I reported him to Uber as well.

ETA that was the last time I went out drinking and also the last time I used an Uber by myself. I’m now 26 (today is my birthday actually!)

This is why I always ask the Dasher to leave the food at my door, ring the bell, and leave. They don’t even see my face. But then again I only do delivery so I don’t know what pickup looks like 🤷‍♀️

I'm so sick of men taking advantage of young girls just trying to do their job! I have my shared of creeps when I was a struggling student! I remember a regular who ran across the street to follow me into a restaurant. As a kid I thought it was just a coincidence that he decided to enter the same restaurant as me.... stare at me.... physically blocked me from leaving. They know what they're doing it's not just simply shooting their shot they want to make you uncomfortable.
