My very first (LV) boyfriend of 2 years was ugly, balding and overweight at 20. He still stood in front of the mirror, doing the Tarzan chest beating and calling himself ‘hot stuff’ or ‘looking good’ or whatever. I was a 16-17 year old, literally catalogue modelling and he had the audacity to call me a ‘cow’ when I gained a bit of weight (because, you know, women gain weight when they turn into actual adults).

The delusion is real.

I was very lucky to date a very HVM after that for the next 5 years, but this first guy was a real hit on my confidence at that age.

Given how high their metabolisms run, it's crazy to me that any of them have excess body fat. It's a lot easier for them to have a 6-pack than for us to have flat abs.
