I see so many of these memes about Meghan and Harry and it seems like no one has even acknowledged that Harry was in on this decision and it's very likely that Meghan didn't have to "convince" him of jack shit. He wants no part of any of that crap either and I don't blame him. His mother was hounded by the media and overzealous media attention is what ultimately led to her death. They have no privacy whatsoever, no decision is theirs to make without relentless scrutiny and criticism, they can't go anywhere without someone photographing them and publishing the picture. The thought of it clenches my soul with paranoia.
in my book Prince Harry is a HVM forever, not because of his looks or social status, but because he walks the walk when it comes to protecting and cherishing his wife and child, and doing what he knows to be best for them. He knows what the price of staying in the fold would be and he decided, along with his wife, that it wasn't worth it. So sick everyone acting like Meghan forced his hand or some shit. Like he's a child who can just be ordered what to do and has no input into his own life.

The guy is a retired military officer, led his men in combat, and is Nth in line to rule a country, but we're to believe the man can't make a decision for himself.

Disagree. What happened to Diana happened largely because she was in a loveless marriage with a man who was not faithful to her - not that she was a saint in that department either - and who had no interest in her beyond the (preferably male) heirs she could provide for his dynasty. None of that applies to Meghan.
