Everyone is a work in progress. You're never going to meet someone who can't learn, grow, or evolve in some way.

Women especially need to be mindful of how much work a man needs to be a functioning adult, though. There's a huge difference between "he's unemployed and needs support for figuring out next steps" and "he's got a good career and needs support as he studies for a professional examination." For whatever reason, we're continually taught that we should stick by his side no matter what, even if he doesn't seem particularly bothered into doing the work himself.

Also, we don't even need to talk about how no man would "help build her up" except in Disney movies.

You never see this when the genders are reversed. How come men aren’t told to build women? We are a work in progress too but we have to build ourselves and a man and kids. Too much work

Yeah he doesn't have to be even a functioning adult but we should be perfect bangmaid therapist. Then when he feels better and has had time to develop HIS projects and HIS career off our unpaid labor, he'll go date a 19 years old.
