Ladies, there's this program called First Dates where a camera crew follows people on dates. I'm sure many of you've seen it. Here the link for those interested, it's only 3-4 minutes.

On this particular date, the girl was feeling unsure about the guy. She expressed her hesitation about him to the waitress when he went to the bathroom. The waitress's reaction?

Waitress: "If you're not sure, that's more of a reason to maybe have a second date".

Bless her heart, I know she meant well, but as we know by now that's terrible, terrible advice (everybody is gaslit). Any potential for any relationship going onward is going to build up on this first date. If there's uncertainty, just quit and meet other people. Also, it's most likely her subconscious picked up on red flags that her conscious may have missed in the moment.

And of course at the end, to the girl's surprise, he rejected her. She took it like a champ, though, showed a lot of class.
