The line “it’s wrong but not illegal” pisses me off so much.

Yeah, that comment had me going ??? It's irrelevant to the video; at no point did the girls/women threaten to bring the old scrote to court. They shamed him into deleting them, and rightfully so because the act is disgusting and morally bankrupt.

Why would arming myself help if I am not physically attacked? How would it even help me when it is illegal to carry weapons aound? Should I murder someone who took pictures of me with a pocket knive or what? No, of course not. I do not have to defend myself that way when i am recorded. I rather have to do something these women did, to make him stop. They did not film his ass or film eith an ulterior motive. They recorded as a defense. This is the difference.

Men always defend masturbating to women's photos as "she doesn't know so it's not a big deal," but being used for sexual purposes without your permission is a form of sexual harassment. Men have no concept of agency, privacy, or boundaries for women at all, further proof that they don't think of us as human beings smh

I experienced this when I was traveling alone and went for a late night swim in the hotel pool. There were a couple of guys there who started taking pics of me while I was just floating and with my eyes closed (the flash came on.). And even when I started to head to the edge of the pool to leave the picture taking didn’t stop. I didn’t have the courage to go up to them to have them delete it as there was three of them and one of me in a swimsuit. Sigh.

Yes they have the right to say it. But it has no legal bearing. He is under no legal obligation to delete it.
Just keep in mind morality and legality are two separate domains. Unfortunately the laws in the US are not strong enough yet to protect us.

No, it's not illegal, but that was not the point of the post or the women in the video. It might be made illegal one day, however, and for that we have to work on publicly shaming these immoral depraved creeps, and make a string of arguments, case by case, event by event, that this amounts to sexual harassment - the intent is obviously there. Immoral things won't make themselves illegal. Saying "it's immoral but not illegal" like we don't know this doesn't help anybody but the creep.
