This might be better as its own post, but, out of curiosity, how has everyone else been doing since COVID-19 turned the world upside down?

This tweet really hit home for me because I myself have struggled with balancing how I want to be treated by a partner with the implications of a global pandemic. In fact, I ended my relationship with a man I considered a HVM; we live ~3.5 miles away from each other, and the fact that we only spent 5 days together between March and July was an insult to my primary love language (quality time). I just couldn’t do it anymore.

I don’t regret my decision, but, at the same time, the thought of meeting someone new seems so exhausting, especially since we are still in a pandemic. I’m just curious to hear how y’all have been managing because it has been a tough few months!
