Maybe if we hadn't been lied to about the motives of men in Cinderella, and sleeping beauty, maybe if they didnt pretend that they loved us to sleep with us, maybe if we had not all grown up believing in love and fidelity from men, we wouldn't expect them to love us. If we never had the expectation, then they would not have to lie to get what they want. But it is. And they do. It's a trap they built themselves for themselves. Pretending to have feelings for us just to get us to have sex. And thats the sin that we cannot forgive them for. The lying to an entire gender. The massive scale mentality of disrespect. I do wonder if I would be more accepting of their need for variety if I had not been trained to expect feelings between us as well. But I would have never have been accepting of all the disrespect.

My ex boyfriend of five years who literally never looked at another girl and always told me how hot I was started texting a girl he worked with and left me for her. Totally shattered my heart and I would have saved myself a lot of pain and self-loathing if I had just looked at who he was texting a lot. It’s so hard in relationships. Anytime I have EVER snooped through a boyfriend's phone, I found him cheating. Every single fucking time. I 100% condone snooping - if you have a bad feeling, listen to your intuition, because it's usually right. You could always just leave as soon as you get a bad feeling but if you need validation, by all means snoop.

And your theory 100% checks out. I'm pretty and successful (tall, nice body & hair, no failos, take really good care of myself physically, master's degree, make good money/professional career) and both of my last 2 exes cheated with what I consider to be incredibly unattractive and unsuccessful women with major issues. They were ALL overweight and worked minimum wage jobs, one was an alcoholic, none of them looked like they even took care of themselves at all, one had busted overlapping teeth, one had acne - it was all awful. I asked my last ex WHY for the love of god WHY with these women??? And you know what he said?

Your assumptions are based on physical attractiveness. I don't agree with you because your examples are of celebrities and people you don't have direct contact. You're also making the assumption that the women listed are HVW.

Do you see this being the case with your close friends?

FDS doesn't focus on physical attractiveness like you're describing. Surely, the man should take good care of himself. However, there are more than that to make a man HVM. Same thing applies with the women. Beyonce is not a HVW in my opinion. She took Jay back.

I found evidence of cheating (physically, online, in other cities when he traveled). I found arrest records (including 4 counts of assault). I found him on dating apps. I am curious what I didn't find.
