But they don't get it. Even if you ask "How would you feel if it were a gay guy/a 60yo overweight woman with greasy hair and bad teeth?" They will still claim it's not the same. They have an unhealthy amount of confidence and refuse to believe that not every woman is attracted to them. Do they just spend their lives actively avoiding mirrors?

Like bro, you'd have sex with people you are not attracted to? Like, people you find ugly or who are not your preferred gender? Doesn't sound healthy, but I can't safe you from yourself. This! "Guys would talk to a tree if it approached them first" is imo one of the saddest attempts to guilt trip women. Obviously we all know how unattractive pity parties are but how can these guys genuinely think to themselves "Yes, this is gonna make me endearing!"?? And some do it for their entire lives. They're not scared by the idea of women harassing them, because even if the woman sexually undesirable, they still don't have to worry about her being bigger and stronger, and possibly r-ping or murdering them for turning her down. My ex-boss would talk about a City manager dressing "impeccably" and driving "an expensive, nice car" as reasons why he thought this City manager "might be fruity". I saw this City manager once and he looked like literally every other upper management type I've ever seen: polo shirt, khakis, and dress shoes.
My ex-boss was also supposedly super into cars and changed cars every 2 years because he "had a good friend at a car dealership". He was also all of 5'2".
