Yeah honestly I used to really love SZA back when she was still pretty underground, but when she hit it big I was so grossed out by her whole “side chick” persona. She’s so beautiful and talented and she used all that talent to push damaging bullshit messages about fucking another woman’s man. Lowest value attitude ever.

Sza has been called out on her behavior previously. I think she has low self esteem issues. If you look back far enough when she was starting her career, she was overweight, looked completely different, unkempt fashion style, and seemed to be trying anything to up her music career. I’m pretty sure she will change her song topics soon. This R&B pick me isha stuff is just a fab

If you like the sound of R&B but are tired of the pickmes, “I like it like that” by Pip Millet is an AMAZING song that’s about loving herself and keeping her standards despite criticism from LVM. I’m not too sure about her other music, but I’ve low-key been playing that song on repeat for weeks now
