I’m 21 and graduating from university in 3 months. I’ve recently started dating men in their mid 30s that I’ve met on OLD. These men are business and healthcare professionals making 6 figures who take me out to upscale restaurants, golfing, sports games etc. They always pay and so far have been gentlemen.

I’m having so much more fun dating than I did when I was dating broke college students! I really don’t think I could go back to the days of coffee dates and splitting the bill. But I feel like I’ve been getting some conflicting advice on FDS.

On the one hand, I’m told to expect nice things, not accept low effort dates, and never split the bill. On the other hand I’m told that age gaps are a red flag and that there must be “something wrong with them” if they’re not dating women their own age. But I honestly don’t see a way other 21 year old guys living in student apartments and working at the grocery can meet my new dating expectations. Let me know what you guys think. I appreciate any input.
