I'm sure we've all noticed men who are quick to shame us for our anger. Historically, we've been sent away to sanitoriums under the guise of "hysteria" when we state the truth of what's happening in a raised tone of voice.

Lurkers on here will grasp at straws, accusing you of being angry when you are merely stating truth, hoping that your socialization will kick in and you'll be ashamed of your insights.

In relationships, LVM will first start to make you doubt your anger. We've all had a lifetime of conditioning telling us that we are crazy when we are upset, when we all know that we are upset for very obvious, objective reasons.

Your anger is never irrational, it's a survival mechanism, it let's you know that you're facing abuse and manipulation tactics.

Women's anger and upset has a million different gaslight tactics to keep it in check. If someone accuses you of being irrational when you're angry, don't listen to them, and don't craft an essay on why you're right. Calmly stand your truth, and then ignore them.

Its tempting to try and argue with someone when we are upset, but giving away your divine feminine anger will only keep you tied to the shitty situation longer. I don't argue with people anymore, it's draining, I just move the fuck on.

There's so much dating advice out there on how to argue, and its all bullshit. Trying to figure out your arguing style, doing this or that, using "I" statements.

Ladies, our oppressor doesn't give a shit about our approach or grammar, trust me. They won't change with flowery language, because they're just rotten and they fucking suck.

listen to your anger, in relationships, at the workplace, and in life, appreciate the blessing of the truth it brings and do not waste your precious breath on arguing. If someone wants to argue, it's a red flag, because they obviously don't understand basic human communication skills, which are very easy things to obtain.

Ive had my share of trauma and struggle, but the idea of arguing with someone when they set a boundary is complete insanity. If you've ever struggled with your mental health and "misplaced" anger, think of all the times that person has been shitty, and recognize the blessing that an explosive anger response has given you, because it's telling you to get the fuck away from that person. If you're in therapy or merely insightful and have no desire to manipulate others, trust me when I say that your anger is a gift of emotional self defense.

Yes abusive people will be angry towards us, but women intuitively know that this type of anger is always misplaced, it's why we give them sympathy and second chances, hell even the man will say that his anger was irrational, and that he had a bad day at work etcetera.

Male anger is objectively radically different than female anger, it's the difference between oppression vs self defense.

Men will try and pin female anger as the same as male anger, in order to blur the lines of reality and make you question yourself.

You know that your anger is much different, stay present with that truth.
