This is from the Senior Consultant to the Department of Justice and Public Safety in my province regarding changing the gendered language in their resources and starting a resource for men! GNB is the Government of New Brunswick.

It is important to keep pushing for the changes you want to see. I suggest putting a reminder in your calendar for, say, 6-months from now to follow up.

If they've made changes, then thank them for it and offer to help them in the future. If they have not done anything, ask them to explain why, and offer to help.

I have responded to her with this, I'm gonna set up that correspondence journal a couple people suggested, and I will let you all know when I know something!
